It discusses how to find and narrow report controls in Report Design View that are too wide for a physical piece of paper. It also discusses the need for and use of Report View, Layout View, Design View, and Print Preview.

I finally fixed mine. In Print Preview - Click on Columns and for column size check the box for same as detail. Boom! Fixes this two page problem
