I tried this, but every time I go back and click on the email tab, I have to sign in again to Outlook. This makes it a bit counter productive.

I love the trick: add Teams meeting info automatically! I am guilty of forgetting to include a Teams link and with different people working in different placed as different times it makes so much sense to include Teams just to have it. Kevin, I gave this a Like!

Thanks for your tips as always. Unfortunately, many of the tips you share aren't available to me yet since I work in govt (GCC tenant) and usually have to wait 3-6 months after seeing videos like yours before seeing new Teams features AND assuming our IT will even enable all the features. If only the teams channel calendar was fully integrated with outlook group calendar. Unless I'm missing something, when you create an event in the teams channel calendar it syncs to the outlook calendar, but if you add an event to the outlook group calendar it doesn't sync back to the teams calendar tab :( Thank you for all the clear explanations Kevin!!

Hey Kevin. Love your videos and share them often with my colleagues. I work with multiple nonprofits and have them all on MS products and collaborating on Teams. Often when I start a meeting on Teams that I have scheduled I am put in the lobby myself because Teams recognizes me on a different Teams profile. I have the desktop app installed and also created an app on Edge that lets me use two accounts at the same time. Any idea how to straighten this out?

Microsoft must be sorry to have lost you! Great channel! Your explanations, and especially the examples are extremely helpful! Thank you! Do you happen to know if the default ‘Microsoft Teams meeting’ template that populates Calendar invites can be permanently edited. I like that phrase smaller, and the purple ‘Please click here bigger, amd sometimes even edit that text, but have to keep doing each invite manually. Thanks!

Hi! Thank you for making these videos! I love the feature you shared about the sending an e-mail to a Teams channel using that channel’s e-mail address. To expand: If I create a meeting invite in Outlook and use the channel e-mail address on the attendance list, will it then populate into the specific Teams calendar? I know it will show up in my main Teams calendar, but I also want it show up in a specific channel.

Great videos, but one quick question. Using the Teams Calendar seems to have limited functionality compared to your older video where you added the app via Sharepoint. But then I guess it ends up like a separate calendar as a "shared calendar" and not in the group, hopefully I explained that correctly. I would like to track leave but don't want meeting invites, instead I would like to create events or appointments, thoughts?

Hi Kevin, I am looking to hook up 4 cameras at the same time on MS teams (split screen) with individual microphones for each attendees. Is this with OBS possible? Which are the correct cameras to purchase to enable this, preferably wireless if possible. I know we can switch between cameras in MS Teams would it also be possible to have all displayed at the same time without OBS? Thanks

Love your videos, but on outlook 365 I'm not seeing that add online meeting to all meetings option when following your steps. Could this be on particular version? Or is my company restricting this somehow? I do have the option on webmail, but I rarely use web unless I'm on the run.

I would like to know about one issue: The issue is we see no. of presenter more than one generally in our organization teams channels, but if we want to see the details, we can not see any name there, only the organizer is seen. Hello Kevin. I have a question that I can't seem to find the answer to, hoping you can help! In my work, I need to send out emails with specific deadline dates (due in 4 weeks, due in 8 weeks, etc). Is there a way I can send these emails and have these dates automatically go onto the recipients Outlook calendar without having to actually send them a Teams invite? Meaning... I would love to put reminders and due dates on their calendar (recipients within our organization) without bombarding them with invites for each specific due date or reminder. Is there a way to insert reminder dates and due dates into an email before I send it and have them automatically attach/appear to the recipients calendar? Thanks!

Ciao Kevin! thanks for sharing such insightful tricks! I am struggling a bit applying your suggestions. Few examples: 1. If I open my calendar and in outlook I cannot add straight from the Ribbon a Team Meeting invite (I have an automatic message popping our saying " We couldn't schedule the meeting. Please try again later). Instead, I have to open Tems, create a new meeting and then copying the details into the calendar to be able to share details. 2. When in Teams I select the "elipsis" and select More Apps, I cannot find the app Task by Planner.

Hi! Does anyone know if we can merge outlook calendars that my coworkers have shared with my onto Microsoft Teams? When I click on M.T it only gives me the option to input events one by one but not merge my departments calendars from outlook to M.T?
