i'm a garage guy, most guys i know would also love to see the garage, not many real estate agents ever show the garage, i understand it's a model home, but showing the garage where most men spend their time is a must see.

2:24 I saw that! behind the door there is another section if shelves for the pantry so one of the few houses that has a around the wall pantry! not just two sides but Three Sides that is a lot of space I wouldn’t be complaining about that pantry! [Gosh Dang!!!!]

Grand living, indeed. So, builders are now not including bathtubs in the bathrooms and charging extra to place in that "luxury"? SMDH. Anyway, I really like the light pendants above the island. The half bath is really big, I would probably add a dog shower and some cabinets to keep their stuff in to that room.

@@bigmud $500,000 in DC... With a fully furnished basement and a pool!? I get a lot of clients from DC area moving here because of the lower cost of living. Please share where that can be found. I’m sure it will help a lot of people here. The Charlotte area is quickly developing. We’ve currently ranked number 3 fastest growing cities in the nation; so there is a big demand currently.

@@Victoriabrealestate ok so there are some places in dc..but when i say DC.. I mean maryland.. Like fort washington md.. Upper Marlboro md.. Bowie Md.. Indeed you can find just WHAT I ANNOUNCED.. All within 15/20min away from DC.. NOT B-MORE.. THEY ARE 45MINS AWAY FROM DMV

The house is beautiful and props to the decorator. But I really don't like that the master is on the ground floor. For someone with small kids and a toddler that's a deal breaker.

She said nothing about the building materials in the home. Realtors really need to start familiarizing themselves with building materials, she just sounds like an car salesman. 500k way overpriced
