I like this video especially because you explain how you get these different looks, like the sunken living room, I had no idea how to do that, so thank you. Also the roof tricks. Other builders rush through very quickly and is difficult to see how the looks are obtained. So thank you so much.

It makes such a difference to see it taken step by step instead of a speed build. Sped up a lot of details get blurred and for a new builder it gets next to impossible to duplicate. I know it takes a lot more time and editing but the finished product is great for newbies. Thanks for the time and explanations. On top of that -- the finished product looks so professional. You've got a great balance in symmetry and color coordination.

This is the first time for me building a house from a tutorial. I love the Sims just for building, but this time I want to really "play" the Sims and start with a beautiful house. I am like 6 mins in and "already" running into a problem, that is, my last rooftop ain't alligning to the rest. It bothers me and I can't get it right. Anyone here knows how to solve this? Watching your videos made me wanna play ts3 & ended up fixing the funke family for some challenge. But my problem is i can’t find a new house for them. I wish you can please fix my house on ts3 😭😭😭😭😭 it’s a seven bedroom house that I kept converting and expanding on from appalosia planes.
