With lower resources it is absolutely the correct decision to focus on gameplay and cut on cosmetics and voicelines and stuff. I just hope that some stuff will be added to older cards later just as Xerath got his long awaited blue lighting effects

I love this little community and the dev team that works on our game ❤❤❤ the honesty about where the team can put their resources and where they want to put resources but can’t afford to is really nice to see. Should help build trust that the decs know what the community is asking for and helping the community understand what they should expect

Personal Feedback: - We REALLY NEED a better sorting system for profile icons (date, event, alphabetical..etc) - We need more emote Slots (let us pay for them even) - We need better looping emotes - We need NEW BOARDS PLS 😭 - Fix Neeko's deck in PoC (so many units, lack of different subtypes to lvl her) - Let us use coins to purchase boost packs or level up boosts for Path of champions - The phrase "Color blindness mode" in the OPTIONS > VIDEO tab still has the word "BETA" next to it (it's been years now, lol) i'll edit this comment later with things i'm forgetting for now

You're so real for acknowledging the VO and Cosmetic issues the community has had recently. We love you LOR DEVS! With a small team it's the right choice to focus on gameplay. I wish there was a way to get you more resources, but I love all the things you're making happen like the cool new animations. We love this game so much!

The LoR community might be small but it's not toxic, solid, and dynamic. At this point LoR is the only reliable source of lore for Necrit besides new champs.

Honestly I only play path of champions because i genuinely think its a very strong roguelite experience and I really enjoy the strategic gameplay without the competitiveness and seeing the same decks every pvp match. I'm very glad they continue to work on it

Enheartening to hear a frank review of where LoR generally stands resource-wise with respect to the community’s requests. Major props. I’d like to add to the voices asking for more VO added to cards with VO on release. VO makes this game have character like none other since its format lends itself better to VO interactions than TFT, LoL, or WR. Personally, I could do without new boards UNLESS we have the option to change board music regardless of board selected (i.e. buying a board also buys the accompanying music). Sound design is key in this game.

Thanks for the honesty. I would presonally like to see more long and hard adventures in path of champions (like galio or asol) or maybe even easier adventures as well.

I'm really looking forward to the expedition successor. Truth be told I stopped playing LoR almost completely after expeditions got phased out. While I was playing quite a bit, when they were still around. It was my most played gamemode and also my way of exploring which constructed decks I wanted to build. Path of Champions, while fun, failed at this second aspect because augments and equipment warp how cards play to much to reflect how I would feel about them in constructed play.

I just discovered LoR and am starting my journey as a new player. And it’s so much fun! I don’t get a ton of time to play (distracted with copious adulting) but it’s really satisfying to jump in and do a couple challenges or move a couple of nodes along the story map. Hopefully I’ll have a solid block of time soon to spend on tweaking some decks. It’s simply a great game. Thanks Riot!

I was amazed at how many cards therr are when i came back to this card, god every card in the first two sets and remembered it being a blast, wasnt dissapointed too find it was still equally as fun.

the voicelines are the thing that maked me start playing the game, bcz i love league stories, hearing that there is more coming makes me really happy, this game deserves more love from riot, It's already very good and it can get even better in the future

Been playing since Global release. I love this game and the community, also, I love the Devs and their transparent approach. Really look forward to what's next!

On the offchance that anyone from Riot reads this: I really really really like what you communicated here in this video, and I hope that we can keep this dev-player relationship going as it has been with this game. This has been (apart from YGO in primary school) the longest I've ever been invested in a card game, and even though I'm falling out of it every here and there, I don't think I'm ever going to fully quit. On the note of personalization, I'm hoping that we can get a bit more variety when it comes to boards and guardians, because those were my personal favourite cosmetics. I like the cosmetic cohesion between all the pieces that I have on screen playing into the power fantasy of e.g. pushing a huge attack with 2 Sions and 1 in reserve. If a request would be possible, I'd like to have a proper "spooky villain" type board, where I feel like the antagonist to my opponents deck. Currently the closest imo in terms of music is Ornn's forge, but the visuals don't quite line up for me. I know that the game is at the end of the day a product that Riot is trying to sell, and that it needs to run at a profit in order to justify staying up. I really want to support the devs in that endeavor, but I'd also like to see that happen around cosmetics I care to use, and not just for the sake of throwing money at the game. I'd love to see the team expanding back up to a larger size again, such that we could have more content possibly more often, or a more dedicated approach to both PvP or PvE, but I guess in order for that to become a thing, we need to prove to the Riot Leadership that the investment would be worth it. Bit of a weird simp-y stance, but I really love the Runeterra universe, and I'd absolutely hate for it to suffer from just a lack of staffing in critical departments.

i am going to give you feedback you probably don't often see: i actually play only ladder (i reach masters and then i play some whacky decks every evening) and i love it, i dont care for gauntlets, poc or any other game-mode. Just putting it out there for my other silent fellow players.

I've been recently getting back into LoR, primarily through the Path of Champions, and I'm glad to see and hear the hard work the team is putting in.

As someone who largely plays CCG/TCG solo, I really appreciate the Path of Champions! It is by far my favorite feature, and I love how much you support it.

For path of champions. I would wish for a better way to farm orange shards, items or even EXP for the Charakters. I sometimes return for a few runs and have a great time but as soon as I wanna play a new character or unlock some, I just feel very tired after grinding or playing with a champion that is not star 2 or high lvl

Love the lor team as always

I'm excited for the quicker balance changes so we don't have as many metas dominated by 1 or 2 overpowered cards. One of my favorite parts about LoR is that there are so many fun and un-optimized decks that are still able to compete with the best ones, so you don't need to play a perfect deck in order to win.

Loved this! Especially loved when he said they will focus on competitive and PoC equally. Because I play both, and I love both for different reasons

You know what can be really cool? Endless/procedural pve gamemode, like SlayTheSpire, rogue-like if you wish. Multiple paths on a map, with shops, bosses, and card buffs spots. I know it's likely not going to happen, but i can dream.😅

I haven't play LOR for years, I install it again when PoC came out, then uninstall it again 1 week later due to being stuck not knowing how to get more shards to keep playing PoC, I install it again 1 month ago, I realised all the new content in PoC and I had been playing it daily, I had also spend a lot of money just to get specific champions or the battle pass just to get some relics and shards, i am happy of being able to support the game and to have options to use real money to play what i want, I could not care less about PVP, but i am a huge fan for PVE Thank you for bringing more content exclusive for PVE

When I stopped playing League I thought that my connection with this universe was over, that I could try to stay updated with the lore and music, but nothing more... Then I installed LoR and I haven't looked back ever since, Lol was a game that even though fun when I was with my friends, it drained me like crazy most of the time, meanwhile LoR has made me feel more accomplished thanks to both the passion from the devs, and how friendly the community is.

Love this game and loved this video and devs transparency and talking with our community! Waiting for more ways to support the game to grow, without it becoming predatory. Waiting for the draft mode, personal shop and montly challenges rewards. Hope for offline modes, more focus on balance and new content, more rewards for f2p players, and more support for grassroot tournments
