I don't watch xiaochaomeng live because of time zone differences, but his videos on Bilibili everyday, he is very entertaining. The numbers on the screen (top left right bot left) are contact infos from sponsors, which includes gaming companion services (like E-Pal) and sneaker resales (they sponsor a lot of big league streamers). Two years ago XCM was frowned upon by his haters for being a Sett/Morde/Darius/Aatrox/Wukong five trick, and since he started appearing in more streamer tournaments, he picked up Jax, Renekton and K'sante in the past two years and became just as good as his other mains. He was known for being one of the best K'Sante players in China and even plays ranked flex with Uzi, Ning, Xiye and other big names because they knew XCM is a reliable top laner and can be their "safety net" when they troll a bit for content. *fanboi noises intensify* 🤣 On a serious note, I'm just an armchair LoL player.. didn't play in years.. but His drop-off during midgame is solely an itemization issue. BotRK is a dueling item that you finish about the same time when you've already beaten your lane opponent to a pulp with the Crok. It's absolutely pointless. My approach might be outdated, or inefficient.. but Tiamat into whatever gives the hardest punch was my way to go. Renekton is an assassin, not a tank or bruiser. You're on a timer to win the game, you'll become irrelevant sooner than later.. so the right way is to clear waves in less than 1s, and force teamfights to hydra-q-e-e them back to spawn. Yes. Engaging with flash-w is the only correct engagement strategy. 💪 Thx for coming to my diamond (low elo) tedtalk.

The CN server is the most mechanical and aggressive out of all the servers in lanes. But Chinese teams aways lose to Korean teams bc they lack team plays, in competitions. The aggressive styles are more fun for the viewers that’s why.

He's using it fine. Most abilities and champions in the game can't literally "one-shot," so most people use it in the context of an entire ability rotation.

@@yusufpekin3556 I get that, not trying to take anything away from his achievements, my point is he reaches top echelons of the game even playing suboptimal champs no matter the meta, so imagine he'd play the champs that are genuinely the strongest at any given time and practice them, he'd be an absolute menace. Currently, he just plays what and how he likes

I feel like he's one of the only high level players that actually has fun playing the game instead of playing for the satisfaction of ranks. It's a fun what if but I don't really want to see him hard climb more often, you can tell he only does it every once in a while to shut the haters up because he hates it.

I'm not rank 1, but I am a Poebuilding expert, and stat checking is king. Goredrinker is op in stats, but tabis are king as a top laner. To be able to survive 4 tower shots from 1 item makes collapsing an enemy that much easier. But to be fair he's probably just having fun and letting the game last longer than 15mins by giving them a chance.

Xiaochaomeng is a incredible player, always a reliable toplaner and a great teammate. He never flames, never tilted, have an amazing passionate with his streaming career and loves his fans. He had an arm injury just like faker a couple months ago so he have to play in low master elo in super server for months until recovering. And still somehow he shat on the ememy toplaner everytine in all kind of matchups lol.

1:40 this Lee did literally the worst move he could have done lol, flash q is not hard to dodge because it has a cast time after you flash even a gold player knows this. Either Q and don't flash or E+flash so you can guarantee cripple, even if you can't get red buff auto's off up close you get a melee range Q which should never miss.

That’s true but the reason they win the game is because of the play he makes near the end when he kills 3 on his own while his whole team is dead. They had permanent numbers advantage after they to win the game.
