@Jennifer McMillin Why do people say this? It's just a number. Edit: I looked into it and it would be a matter of a few hours before another like comes in so this could be highly unlikely. Maybe somebody likes this at 12:00 EST and someone (right now) says this? Also each 100 likes a new unit is added therefore 300 hours before the next unit giving others time to say this. It's just as improbable as figuring out what IQ you have from an IQ test.

I think it's because, while the middle schooler's reactions and behavior are by all means over-the-top, sometimes his parents are being really strict about things for very little reason. For example, the parents saying he can't wear regular clothes to church, them ordering him to read a book instead of read on his tablet (which really takes away from the enjoyment of reading), and... you know, the dad's whole domestic abuse schtick.

My kids were both pretty obnoxious at this age, but they grew up to be the most amazing, kindest, reasonable young adults. It was so worth it and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. ❤
