Think Terry is in top 5 in the country for parkrun wins. He's a brilliant athlete but also the most humble, supportive runner you could wish to meet.

Hi Craig, Middleton Woods looks like a lovely place but that elevation looked tough😩You seemed to be running at a great pace and passing lots of runners so well done, especially if you’re not well. That would have been at 29 minute Parkrun for me😂
