@The Ultimate Truth I really don't think deku bests gear 2nd luffy here's why : when zoro was fighting Kuma he stated that kuma's attacks were light speed and zoro was dodging them but was struggling with his injuries. So luffy is obviously as fast or evens more faster than zoro without gear 2nd so that makes luffy FTL+ and of we add observation haki and future sight luffy is fast asf. So with gear 2nd his atleast FTL++ but not MFTL

Come on even Dressrosa Luffy stomps. Current Luffy is comparable to Shuron Hakke Hybrid Kaido, who is significantly faster and stronger than his normal hybrid form, even much much stronger than his base form who is country lvl to large country lvl via being above Oldbeard who titled the marineford just by flexing. Even the speed gap between Luffy and Deku is laughable immense, someone who could barely react to Nine's lightning is suppose to take on someone who called speed of light too slow and scales massively above the likes of Niji and Ichiji who outruns their own lasers which is confirmed by the Databook to be as fast as light (they got low diffed by Katakuri). You are seriously implying Luffy who is Country lvl+ and FTL+ with high resistance to blunt attacks, future sight and conventional durability negation can't one shot someone who is barely mountain or island lvl and moves slower than the speed of lightning?

But what you fails to realize that vast majority of Deku's quirks and abilities are pretty much rendered useless by Luffy's physiology/body, abilities and major stats advantage. •Fa jin and Gear shift are almost interchangeable with each other due to the fact that both are unquantifiable speed amps. Let's say Deku is faster than the fastest snipping bullet, both Fa jin and Gear shift would only increase his speed tenfold, which is a safe assumption. But compared to Beginning of the Time-skip Luffy who reacted to something massively faster than sound or lightning, that's nothing. •Smokescreen is pretty much useless since Luffy has observation haki. His training consisted of wearing a blindfold thr whole time, and he can read/predict his opponents' intents and movements through his instincts alone so idk how smokescreen was ever considered to be an option to begin with? •Black whip is good and all, but it's pretty much avoidable. Luffy can predict it's trajectory and evade it accordingly. It's not the time Luffy had faced something like Black whip before, so he already knows how to counter this ability based on his past experience. •Danger sense is inferior to base observation haki. Danger sense relies on malicious intent & killing intent, while observation haki isn't strictly restricted to malicious intent or killing intent, not only that but you can also see into the future for few seconds which is better than danger sense. •Luffy has high resistance to blunt force trauma which Deku 100% relies on. Since we know that 100% is breaking him apart it's a suicidal transformation, but he can't contend with beginning of the Time-skip Luffy without using 100% so either he uses 100% and eventually dies or dies quickly by staying in 45%. Either way, we are not underestimating him. It's just the fact that Luffy hard counters him.

And all of that still pales in comparison to luffy

It'll come down to Luffy's gear fourth timer as it doesn't have an exact time limit and Deku overusing his quirks. Honestly, though, Luffy's conquers Haki can knock out Izuku just from first using it as, in my opinion, Luffy has more will than Izuku. If you think about it, Luffy has challenged powerful captains, Warlords, the Yonko's, and even his world government simply for the sake of his friends or for others. I'll admit that Deku has done the same, such as the case with Eri and Overhaul, or Kota and muscular. However, I'm sure challenging the whole world over one person solidifies that his will is stronger, which was before his time skip. Kinda went on a rant, sorry, but I just think that his conquerors Haki would end it before the fight got started if he used it. But if he didn't, then the battle would be pretty epic.

If their will is weaker they'll pass out, or if they have one that's the same they could have a clash of wills. Deku could resist, along with his own will, but more than likey he would be overpowered and he would pass out
