You forgot the look. When you pass someone you have to look over and see who you are passing. Very important. We call Culvers the Wisconsin Embassy when in other states.

@@conorsullivan9843 I've never been in a snowy one, I usually play all my tournaments in Michigan, Indiana and Illinois. That may be because I usually only have real tournaments from June to October and then a bunch of gimmicks in May.

I took my driving lessons in Manitowoc. This is accurate. Favorite part was driving on I-43 and the instructor says "step on it! It's ok, I know the cops around here." As we are doing 80mph in a 65mph zone lol

I'm from Northern Michigan. My driving portion of the Drivers Ed. trainings was basically driving my instructor (who was also my wrestling coach, wood shop teacher and buddy's dad) to all of his favorite spots to see if any deer had been in.

Grew up in such a small town, Bayfield, that we knew each other by the car we drove. Of course when someone bought a new car or was borrowing someone elses, that would mess you up. Of course you have to wave to everyone! You have to ask permission to change lanes because if you don't they will speed up thinking you want to race. We gave our potholes names. Great vid once again der guy!

Growing up in Wausau, my high school math teacher had that accent and would say "tree forts" instead of three fourths. That's probably the reason he taught math and not English.

Had to get an alignment on my truck this year cause I slid into a curb goin into a roundabout. It was sleeting a few minutes before but I figured it would be fine since it was May... I was wrong.

As a midwesterner, I always wave a “thank you” when someone lets me cut in. One of the things I dislike about NJ/NY is that people don’t do that.

My Mom and Aunt left Michigan in 1977/1979, and visits to my Grandma in the UP were sparse, but this video encapsulates my childhood vehicular experiences SO WELL. I still tell passengers they're on deer duty - not so much for danger purposes, but absolutely for counting purposes. My "Ope, sorry" for every pothole habit survived five years in the Carolinas and five years in SoCal, somehow?

Just spent a week in da yoopee. Four way stop 🛑 . Every time was EXACTLY like that. Also ops deer. And you always check for the second deer cause there’s always two. 😊👍🍁

You don't ever pass three Culvers. Cripes does this one right true with the car club. A member who has gained a reputation as a Culvers custard hound, turned 80 a little while ago, so we worked together to get him 80 Culvers gift cards for his birthday.

I love this. I grew up near Manitowoc. It's been a long time. When I'd bring my kids to visit WI I always said we'd be talking "Wisconsin" with my family! What about doing some conversation with the emphasis on the "vowels." That is what usually stopped people to ask me if I was from the Midwest like Wisconsin.
