Your parents are so cute!! I would love to make this thing with my parents but my mother would die because she can't eat more than she can.. but at least I can eat and recreate the food from Vietnam and let my GF who's from Vietnam to tell me how close I am... this far the papaya salad and pho is spot on (her words). :D
