New LRS/Premier Truck Rental Mack LR Heil Sierra Curotto Can Garbage Truck

Upon winning the municipal contract for Schaumburg, LRS rented 6 Mack LR Heil Sierra Curottos from Premier Truck Sales & Rental as well as 2 Mack LR Heil Low Rider Curottos from Big Truck Rental. The new trucks have started to trickle in, as of right now 2 long Low Riders and one short Low Rider (all on LRs) have been put on route. LRS has rented quite a few trucks from Premier over the years, but I never really prioritized filming any of them but happened to be in the area so I figured why not grab some video. This one looked to be pretty new, which I thought was cool as well. In my opinion the Curotto ran at the perfect speed too, it was fast enough to get through the route quickly but yet it wasn’t at a speed that would wear out the arm too fast. I really like how Premier paints their trucks with the orange arms and Curotto, and all in all I was glad I finally got to film one!

Amazing video Grant! I’ve always loved how Premier paints their trucks and it’s really cool to see that LRS has some of these. I really liked the speed of the Curotto and those new LRS Cascades look super sharp, great catch!

Thanks Andrew! I really like the look of these rentals too, and the driver made it quite fun to watch! I’m glad they started buying cascades, in my opinion they’re a lot better than the Toters they used to buy. Thanks for the comment!

@@MidwestTrashTrucks the LR’s are actually really comfortable inside no matter what side your on but the air from the auto tarp gets annoying if you don’t have a tarp all you hear is the air pressure from it, I only know because I’ve rode in one with the legendary garbageproductions1

Neat to see a truck like this still done out in all of the Premier wrap, love the orange and white color. All of these new front loaders look great, and paired with the new cascades it makes for a nice scene. Love how slick both the body and Curotto look, nice work!

Great video! Really like how this truck looks! Also enjoyed watching the driver and liked seeing all those bins being picked up. The Curotto was also pretty cool and different! Once again awesome work!

What is it with you Illinois kids and LR Heils? Haha great video Grant! The orange forks and Curotto really made this truck pop, and your phone certainly did the trick! Once again, great video!

They look good and all but they need a tag axel. Kinda neat how the driver said hell with the LRS shirt and wore a republic one.

Trucks of this class are not allowed to use tag axles in IL. The drivers hadn’t gotten their LRS shirts yet either.

Nice find. All the different rentals LRS is buy over there are pretty cool. Do you know if LRS is keeping these or just renting?

@@garbagetrucks22 Weird, because GFL up here does a “lease to own” type deal with Premier. I’ll assume the LR Python and Automizer at my local site should get repainted.

Awesome video Grant! I really love how Premier paints these trucks, and boy they look sharp! The orange arms and the Curotto made this truck pop. The arm speed is just right, and the driver moved at a decent pace throughout the route. Really enjoyed watching this one. Great work!
