This is my third baby and for this labor I only pushed twice. For my second labor I only pushed one time. All of these techniques helped me to have smooth and quick labors. Be sure to ask your doctors about taking castor oil before taking it! I don't recommend inducing labor before being full term! | Kyra Henry
