Mie Goreng (or Mee Goreng) is an Indonesian noodle dish that's also found in Malaysia and other parts of South East Asia. With a sticky, savoury sweet sauce, noodles are tossed with chicken, prawns, vegetables and signature egg ribbons. A street food favourite!

Happy 2022! I tried this recipe last december 24 for our noche bueana.It turns out soo good. My friends love it.. But my version I poured over sesame oil on top if the cook mee goreng .

Where do you get chilli paste in Australia? I've been trying to find one to no avail. The sambal oelek and sriracha just does not have the same kick

Coles, Woolies and Aldi all have chilli pastes. Check in the dry spices section, along with the minced garlic and ginger.

I just made this at home and it was absolutely delicious, I used too many green onions tho so it kinda overpowered the sauce.
