So you are not using the mig feed? Arc welding seems to work well with just a pair of 12v batteries. I have a mig gun and want to power it with flux core wire and 24 v battery

it was something simpe like mig gun, mig fed was working also on 12 or 24v pushing the wire, was just a test ..

Hej, a przerabiales moze taka opcje zeby przetwornice 12v 230v podlaczyc pod taki sam migomat co masz na zdjeciu bez gazu ?? np 2000\4000W. Bo tutaj na filmie to podlaczyles 2 aku 12v szeregowo pod migomat tak jak widze chyba co

wydaje mi się że mniejsze straty bezpośrednio na prąd stały bo przetwornica ma pewnie z 80%sprawności , miałem przetwornicę volt tylko na 24v 2500 sinus ale przeciążała się i wyłączała. Widziałem też chyba na ebay taki ala pistolet ze szpulą drutu i silniczkiem też pod chyba 12v w aucie można arawyjnie coś heftnąć...

Did you set the ground as positive and wire as negative?

Use real battery shoes and thicker and shorter cables.

This is great. What powers the wire feed? Do I need the original AC power to turn the spool or does it also run off 24V?

Old idea but working , spool working on 12v slower ,faster on 24v i have connected spool motor straight to 12v and pistol swich

Witam, czy pamiętasz może, pod jakie zaciski podłączyleś się ? Mam podobną spawarkę, mig130f.

odłączyłem ten transformator i to raczej wielkiej różnicy nie robiło jak ,zobacz do środka tam jest prawie pusto ale minus dałem chyba na zacisk i plus na drut dodatkowo 12v na rolkę poprzez przycisk co by drut wysuwało..
