This is by far the most sensible take I’ve heard in a while. It all comes to down to flows from salaried employment being directly injected into the market.

If you mean what I think you mean, I agree. This was obvious years ago, when IRA's and 401k's were invented and popularized. The unknown factor was and still is "How much" will the effect be, and when.

He makes a very crucial point, in the first part of the video. There may be more young people with college degrees than ever..but one does not actually have to "go" to college, anymore, as I did; I'm almost 60. You can virtually get a bachelors degree, out of the bottom of the proverbial "box of Crackerjacks", nowadays..I.E.."online colleges". And, from my observation of some of these young people, with whom I've had interactions with, at various business and governmental entities recently..BOY, does it SHOW! They are SHOCKINGLY ignorant, on a broad variety of topics, which I had relatively "mastered", by the end of HIGH SCHOOL!! Grammatical usage, basic arithmetic skills, etc. I'm I the only "oldster" who is continually FLABBERGASTED by the seemingly bottomless-pit, of basic "smarts" nowadays, of so-called; "college graduates"?
