I love how everyone said this team quit. They didn’t quit they made an executive decision. This team got screwed. Trust me I bet if you got screwed out in life you wouldn’t be yourself too. It’s the hole you did everything right but someone else got that permotion over you. You did what the boss man said and even still you were told you were not good enough. How will that make you feel. You have a family and that just happened. And it’s no fault of your own. Someone got hurt and that was the deciding factor. Love the noles. And the haters gonna hate. As a UGA fan - we did not play the 2023 FSU team last night. That team was a shell of itself and it showed. Both teams full go? I still believe UGA would have won and covered but that game would have been a light tighter heading into half time. Both these teams deserved better.

FSU will grow from this season and the B.S. they dealt with (from ESPN and the SEC). It's about us and how we create a path that responds appropriately. I am sure coach Norvell and the rest of coaches will learn from it all.

I remember when the university of Miami got "cheated" out of a bcs title. You know what they said?? They said "we were bombed, then we found out we had to play FSU or Florida ( don't quote me) in the orange bowl, man we were hyped!!!" See, the attitude of a athlete during adversity will show you if they got championship heart or not. Y'all think FSU got more players going in the first round than UGA? Y'all think they players were better that will Anderson? Or Bryce young from last year?? Hell NAWL. They showed who they were. And they coach let it happen. Once they found out they weren't in. Much respect for Mike Norvell and Kirby Smart. If I feel robbed just as a fan and I can’t imagine how Norvell and the team felt. Norvell has keep his composure in public, but man I bet he has his moments behind closed doors. But Kirby is right, these young men are getting paid to play now, they need to stick with it for the whole season. The crap we’ve seen this year is like corruption. The committee making a horrible decision just to push their agenda, players quitting on their team and leaving the rest of the players high and dry, Jimbo being fired and still paid for years later. This crap has got to stop. I’ve been a huge NOLE fan since I was a little kid, been to many games at Doak Campbell and will always will be through good and bad seasons, not just a casual fan as some other jack-wagon previous posted so poorly. I agree with Mike Norvell. He will get the Seminoles in shape, but he's going to need time and patience for positive results. He and Kirby Smart really relied on a strong message about the college football landscape from the transfer portal to opting out of Bowl games. I don't understand why you play thirteen games, and all of sudden, you decide to sit out or transfer prior to a bowl game?

This is college football needs a lot of fixes. I am not a Miami fan that takes any pleasure in this. Its bad for the ACC and college football when these teams have to change so drastically. FSU had a great year, this game just got out of hand quickly.

The college football playoff committee is 100% to blame for everything. I don't blame those kids for not playing in the Corruption Bowl. I wish the whole school would've boycotted the game.
