His mechanics are so high level. Even at relatively "low power" he uses his entire body with each punch - and it's SO coordinated and SO efficient. Mike is a natural talent that also trained harder than probably all his contemporaries. The result is a once in a generation athlete. Amazing!

big brain science men say it takes 1k to 30k repetitions to get into muscle memory depending on the person sounds like a lot but unless you're a super casual thats only like 2 years of training. tysons been at it 44 years, and widely regarded as one of the most serious about training in his prime bro could win titles in his sleep this stuff so deep in his reflexes now

I have always loved how Mike moves, for a Heavy weight he is so quick and slippery. Even now in his 50s showing his moves they still fookin awesome to watch. The GOAT for sure :)
