" Are you surprised you didn't kill anybody (in the ring)?" That question was inappropriate but Mike answered it perfectly.

I think Mike has a very important perspective about stereo types that the interviewers often over look when he speaks about them.

Reporter "how much money did you have" "are you surprised you didnt kill anyone" "how bad were you drug and alcohol problems?" She is wanting all the juicy gossip and it would be easy for someone with a big ego to make a big deal of themselves. But he plays it all down. Respect to him.

He used to hate those questions. 20 years ago he would have cussed her out. Mike Tyson has shown more growth than anyone I've ever seen.

He can be scary and then so sweet and cute. The duality of him. I think everyone has that fight but he is on an amplified level. It resonates with me. Maybe that strikes a chord with others.

money puts a lot of demons in you....well said. no one can serve God and Mammon.
@krumplethemal883110 жыл бұрын
the money isn't the cause, the demons were already there. It wasn't like he was a good kid growing up. He was arrested 30 or 40 times according to him. He had no money growing up, he wasn't an angel. A bad person is going to be a bad person regardless of how much money they have in their pockets or bank accounts. He openly admits to robbing old ladies as a kid. He wasn't arrested because he was a black kid, he was arrested for committing crimes. He admits he was not a good person growing up and still isn't a good person.

When studying astrology, l looked up Tyson's chart, it said Cancer Sun and Jupiter, which means sensitive, loves family, children, can have excess rage if provoked...his big round muscles are typical, with the big "pinchers" 😄 Like Vin Diesel, also a Cancer. Then it said Leo Merc, so talks and thinks like Ali, "l am the greatest", has natural charisma, is a star. Then Gemini Mars and Venus, which were probably visible more in his youth, fast with his hands, promiscuous in love, loves chatting and arguing. Then it showed a perfect mutable grand cross. Which means philosophical, has a great mind, curious about many subjects, and a true savant, now this made me think "hm, quite random, l guess astrology isn't right in this case", but it turns out to be true. He has tried to be a philosopher for a long time, and noone took him seriously, but now he's becoming that. Amazing.

As Mike goes into old age, he will become more like Cus...
@davilanavarro51216 жыл бұрын
Even his eyebrows are starting to form like Cus's...I think it's a spiritual and emotionalbond with them two.Mr. Tyson is very interesting..His upbringing is the story of most people in a poor community,who has a horrible home life of abuse at home,being bullied at school,acting out because of pain,ignorance and learning bad behavior. The financial despair while living in an meager financial situation is regardless of color.

Mike really HATES being asked about his passed. A lot of demons, Come on reporters should know this, the rape situation is a very very sensitive topic, Mike handles it well but it kills him!...out of respect I wouldn't go to that part of his life, I'd ask him more about his current state, him full time father, getting involved different projects, like come on! make the man feel happy...ask him more about his new self.
@Balin936 жыл бұрын
He wrote a book and did a Broadway show talking all about his past, and he OPENS talking about the rape trial. I think he's okay with it.

@Truth1000.8 жыл бұрын
AllPro777 yes, alot of promotors give the pro boxers endless cash of 1000 to 30,000 walking around money, by end of month its only 50,000 say, and the boxer feels rich, and doesnt see the 10 to 60 million dollar loss and robbery. like politicians, promoters are pro liars, the worst/best

Mike was a buy he still is a little boy in his head I would say , he never grow up. he couldn't handle mentally money and fame, The question is was he going to beat Holyfield to the title if he was going the right way...? No I don't think so Mike could knock anybody out first 6 rounds after that it is a fight real fight to stay focused and keep hitting hard , Holyfield could do that for 12 rounds but Mike no Iam sorry ,but a great champ Mike was , he was a champ because he wanted to be a rich he got rich and he got messed up
