To answer the question regarding the auto greaser and what if lines are blocked, at 16:15 you can see the the 2 blocks for the lube system (connected by the hoses), the left one looks to be an progressive valve which is basically an mechanical divider for lubricants (or liquids in general). Basically a progressive valve only lets a specific amount of grease out of one port at a time and after a specific amount has been dispensed through the port the valve moves onto the next port, this avoids the issue of "if one line is restricted then it gets nothing" because a specific amount MUST go through. But if one port is blocked then all of them are blocked (unless there are relief valves installed) but these valves can be fitted with a sensor that indicate when a valve has gone through a full cycle but yeah that brings us to "yet another sensor" situation. Also manual indicators for blockages do exists.

Terra track is very smooth. On that tractor you can lift or lower back of tractors, That track has suspension.

On the grease banks, you need to hook up a grease gun to it in the off season and run grease through it and check each place where the come out. Worked with a guy at John Deere that did that on choppers in his inspection work. Was very thorough in checking to make sure all was working properly.

That little compartment on the Claas combine is an ashtray. The serrated part on the left internal side is for stubbing cigarettes out.

I can recall Mike talking about a fridge light wrecking his night vision and thus he favoured the subtlety of the fridge operation indicator LED inside the unit rather than door operated light.

Mike, The Claas Xerion tractors are made in Germany. All other models are made in France at the old Renault Ag plant. They use Fiat Power Train (Iveco) engines the same as Case IH and New Holland. I remember you mention once a problem with engine failures on red equipment. Just FYI.

There seem to be two solutions to the seat sensor problem. 1) Bridging with a resistor, 2) Adding some foam in the seat. ZK Mastertech channel did show how to do that. Can't find the correct video.

Seen you at the kicking around the fendt booth when we were there! Lol oh your question on the auto greaser if there is a plug or a line malfunction it will tell you on cebis screen also you can manually grease the machine from a port by the auto greaser canister.

Mike the man with the string and weight is making sure the pole is 90 degrees from horizontal to ensure less problems in future … the man had a (plum bob) in English.

i got to test one the damn good but it has one problem the hitch if you use a Euro style one it sits so far it it limits your turning circle its not bad with the pin hitch like what that has but it realy needs to have the whole hitch section move back like the JD 8RX. also its time there controls where updated there not bad but once you use a Fendt One system the others feel lacking.

Xerion is unique platform, of course you could use it as puller, but there are porbably better machines out there. But can you put 6000 or 8000l seed tank on 1050 or Quad track? No, you can't. Also unique is crab steer or reversible cabin, rigid frame. Would I buy it? Porbably no as i don't have use case for it.

The fridges on the John Deere’s (X9 and S series) are openable from the front and top, by putting up your buddy seat.. I personally wouldn’t like the only way for me to get my sodas to tell my buddy to get up.. just my opinion..

Sorry to say, but Lee hasn’t that much knowledge about the machine. Steering column is telescopic, just pull the same lever for knicking towards you. The lever goes both ways. And about the safety rail upside; you are supposed to walk on the rear bonnet. There is nothing there, you saw the sticker by the way. Just pull a simple lever and the whole green bonnet on the right side is turning into a safe walk path with side rails. The same thing by the engine compartment, there are also integrated footsteps to walk inside the grain storage compartment. Yeah, with side rails of cours. The side panels are steel, not fancy plastic. OK the fuel tank is plastic, that is true, because of weight issues. But there is an integrated safety technique for that: the engine cooler is horizontal placed and takes it’s fresh air from upside. That means, there is always fresh air floating from upside to the ground, also behind the panels. This keeps your machine ‘clean’, keeps the dust on the ground and prevents overheating. What other brand has that nice feature?! Just don’t judge a machine in two minutes and over a fancy cupholder. The machine has so much nice und unique technique to offer, let some with knowledge explain it to you..
