So as we wander the market looking for some street photography still lifes we keep our eyes open for photo opportunities.
A stall selling glasses is a great opportunity for some wide angle shots with lots of depth of field and a very wide field of view to include passers by and make the stall look log as it goes off into the distance.
But how about shooting the same location with a long lens to isolate one pair of glasses?
Come and join us on the street as I talk you through shooting some street still lifes.
If you don't know what I mean about changing my depth of field come see me at www.photography... and I'll show you how it works with a simple exercise. Using depth of field in your street photography adds another dimension to your images.

I really like your Channel ! especially the fact, that your use this wide lenses for street Photos. the idea of gettin' people in the outer field of sight in my pictures while focussing on single objects was fresh and brilliant to me! Sorry for my engish... but i'm german

Thanks Paul. One of the biggest things in photography is noticing what's going on around you and figuring a way to compose and light it into a photo. On the mend now but behind with everything by 3 weeks. :-(

What do you do about photo releases from the people that appeared in your pictures?
@MikeBrowne
@MikeBrowne 4 жыл бұрын
Currently in the UK I don't need them unless the images are sold commercially. We're working on a new Foundation In Photography course at the moment and when someone is identifiable we do get a release signed... MIKE
