I have brown hair and have used chocolate touch. It's quite nice. Not super dooper conditioning, but really pleasant. I buy from my hairdresser. Please dont forget the gloves when applying!

So I was a very light bleached blonde but now weather is cooling wanted something with a richer colour I tried the caramel glaze. I didn’t leave it on very long but my hair is a beautiful gold colour and fantastic shine.

If you put it on dry hair, wait the ten minutes and then wash, it will still be conditioned afterwards. I have super dry hair so I had to try it. My hair has never been softer!!

Hey loved this video!! I’m really blonde and want to try the copper glow (ive wanted to go copper for a while but too scared so thought this would be good to use to see if I like it!) Do you advise me using it as something temporary? Obviously if I don’t like it I’ll want it to wash out and go back tk blonde. Thanks!

hey Sarah yes you could. however copper is a warm tone and i cant guarantee it will wash out to your white blonde. Does that make sense? Probably id mix the copper glaze with conditioner to dilute the tone instead of going full on strong with the copper

Thank you so much for this video 🥹 i cant decide wich Color i should take… i dye my hair with wella vibrant reds in 6/45.my hair was previously dark blond at the roots and highlighted in the lengths and very light blond to platinum at the ends... unfortunately the red in the light parts of the hair is too intense for my taste and I would like to give the whole thing a more natural tone. do you think i can use choclate touch to tint it more brown/red? Cant decide what to do… 😫

Hi, just a question, I recently used the koleston special mix on pre-lightened hair, hoping it would be permanent blue, and at first the colour was very vibrant then it faded with every wash, any idea why that happened? Since it’s supposed to be permanent? would the colour fresh mask help?

Mike am allergic to hair dye its the ppd/ptd in it that gives me contact dermatitis. I started reading up on Wella ME+ technology that they use in there colour. Can u advise? Is there anything i can use on my roots that won't cause allergies?

My hair is a intense red. I use the red color mask and I didn't like the vibrancy of the tone and shine. It went like a intense orange. I'll probably try to mix the rose with the red intead to give that power vibrancy that I want...lets see how it goes

heyyy! thanks for the great video! I just bought the copper one and I intend to use it on my natural hair, I'm a brunet. Could you please give me some tips on how long I should leave the mask on for a better result and whether I should try it on wet hair as it says in the instructions or on dry hair (I read somewhere that the results were better on dry hair)!!❤️❤️ **apologies for my English 😅

I would use it on wet shampooed( no conditioner) hair as the hair cuticle will be opened and it will absorb the pigment better then rinse . It is a mask not a hair colour. Use it like a hair mask or conditioner

Not sure if anyone will be able to help but I popped this on after washing my hair and it's gone very splodgey! Super vibrant in some places and not much difference in others... I combed it through so really not sure where I went wrong! Does it wash out eventually?? I have the copper!

and sorry, it is something I should apply to my whole head or just concenrate on the highlighted parts. I have highlights,but it is more like a balayage since my roots are still dark and it's the end half of my hair that is lighter.

Hi Mike, I don't color my hair but I would like to give my natural brown hair a bit of oomph. Is this safe to use on my virgin hair without actually changing my natural color? Also does it work on gray hair? I wonder if I could get the copper one for my mum to cover her gray roots between colouring :) Thanks :)

hey hey its perfectly fine to use them on virgin hair to shine tone and oomph. It would blend the greys but it wont provide coverage

Yes you can! The Red will come out the best on Bleached hair like the Mint came out on my bleached piece

Heads up! ❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️ In the video he says that you should apply to wet hair but this is wrong since the water till get into the hair instead of the product and your result will be less colour actually going into your hair. What he said about easier to apply is exactly that, since it doesn’t go into your hair it just runs over it leading to “easier application”.

hey! is it possible to mix these different colours like the blue and mint? (like i usually do with the la roche - directions-colours) + is it possible to tone the colours, like the intense blue one, with conditioner to get it more pastel-ish? hi Mike, loved your video! I used to have bronde hair with golden reflexes but recently the hairdresser messed it up and now I have some very white highlights that just looks too neon on me. I wanted to darken those pieces and add my golden reflexes back, do you think the shade caramel glaze would be more effective or golden gloss is enough? thank you so much

Hey I would recommend you go back to the salon and get them to '' fix '' it instead of trying to do it yourself. Im sure it just needs a little toner / gloss x

@@MikeDeCanter hello. I have the same issue. My hairdresser bleached my whole entire head a little too much it was literally white. I went back and got a tone on tone, but it’s way too light. He told me to come back and see what we could use (he said probably a warm toner). Now I honestly don’t want to go back and I ordered the golden gloss one, do you think I could just use this weekly to warm my hair? I know toners don’t last long so I don’t know what’s the point of it?

So I have my hair Balayaged a month ago, and since we are in quarantine here I picked a couple of colors to try 😂 I chose the purple one to light them up a little bit, the light purple and the pink. hey Is it the Lilac frost you are on about? The lilac frost is fine!!! its very delicate as it works more like a toner to neutralise yellow. Ive been using that and pearl blonde and its fine you dont get a purple result. The pink is fab, depends how often you wash your hair and how porous your hair. my mint took about 10 washes tbh but green is impossible. the pink wont take that long

So i used a pink/red(ish) semi permanent hair color that wont come out of my roots. Im naturally dark blonde and i have bleached my ends. Its gone from the bleached part but not from my bottom, where you can still see the red undertones. so i wonder if i can use the wella color refresh mask mint as a toner to cancel out the red pigments from my hair? Do u know or have any opinion about that? Im desperate at this moment🥴

nooooo it doesnt really work like that. I know green cancels out red but its a lot more complicated then that. Try clarifying shampoo. its hard for me to tell coz i cant see the hair and i dont know what you used on it

@@MikeDeCanter oh cause when i had green in my hair i used a red shampoo which took the green out, hence why i thought it would do the same thing. Ive used maria nila pink pop. I already tried clarifying shampoo multiple times, so i have no idea what to try next haha.
