For some reason, I had it in my mind that the artist would avoid the same person who got his design benched in one of the biggest Vtuber agencies. From what I saw on Twitter, it seems like he has a good relationship with Mikeneko. I'm happy that they can work together again.

That wasn't the issue. The issue is that she looks like a Rushia clone. Look at Mano Aloe vs Delutaya, Kiryu Coco vs Kson. Same artists, but different enough that you'd be dumb to say they're clones. Meanwhile look at Rushia vs this Mikeneko model, they're so similar you'd be forgiven to think it's still Rushia with just a different outfit.

Nah, enough has been changed to argue that it isn't copyright infringement. Also, it is hard to say what Cover and artists have as contracts...but due to it being the same artist he could argue on Mikuneko's behalf that he has a "type" he draws. Even if Cover DID sue, there is no guarantee they would win. And seeing as they will never use the Rushia model again and Meku being a small streamer...it probably isn't worth their time.

Probably not, because it doesn't worth for Cover to fight with an independent youtuber unless others will follow her example. I doubt they want to be associated with stupid quarrels.

But she still returned to the 98% likeness to the old Rushia persona, keeping the same attitude, mannerisms, expressions, and everything else. As for me - yes, this is the correlation to the absence of personal growth.

Seem like it. She was Vtuber Mikeneko for a few months and got contract with Vshoujo during middle. She would update this persona from time to time. Few others are known to have another persona or go back to an old one for a bit. She recently released a song as Mikeneko earlier this year. Got it on ITunes

I mean she's done streams as Mikeneko on and off after being Nazuna so I'd say just expect Mikeneko streams to be less frequent, though I'd Imagine a larger portion of Rushia viewers watch her as Mikeneko rather than Nazuna due to Mikeneko being on KZfaq rather than Twitch, though on the bright side for Nazuna being on Twitch has opened her up to an entirely new audience (also a huge Foreign audience that love her and that must be reassuring for her)

Well, getting a new model of this quality is not an easy choice for just some streams. Get what you mean. Way I see it, just keeping up both and if she doesn't renew contract with VShoujo, she can go back to this model, or if she keeps Nazuna model cause she also put money on it, she can alternate between them cause they have established audience for each. I swear, I have never used Twitch until a few months ago cause I knew it would be bit tough alternating between stream schedules. Also, more of a listener than watcher of Livestreams. Only started using cause there are now a few I do want to see but they are only on Twitch. Just been watching Nazuna clips.
