Howdy, y'all! My name is Mike and I absolutely love scavenging for free stuff, random treasures, lost valuables and other interesting artifacts. I mainly rock the dumpster diving scene but can be found digging through trash curbside as well as scavenging the river bottoms for lost treasures in the summer months. Join me on my epic voyages!

In a nutshell, I ‘m an avid dumpster diver, scrapper, picker, treasure hunter and underwater connoisseur. I prowl the city streets in search of dumpster loot, curbside treasures & scrap metal as well as scour the river bottoms for lost valuables during the summer months when I can scrounge up enough money for gas. So I've been watching your videos for a while now and I know I'm only 14 but you've inspired me to do dumpster dive and scrap so once I'm an adult I'm going to do scrapping and dumpster diving

No need to wait, start now, hop on your bicycle with a pair of wire cutters and a backpack and ride around your neighborhood on trash day and clip cords and look for other smaller high value items you can either resell or pile up and have a parent take your stockpile every month or two to the local scrapyard

Start picking up copper, stainless and aluminum now if you have a place to store it. By the time you are 18 you could have a lot to cash in.

That door latch/knob is probably worth well over $300 new. If removing save every part. Lots of fire codes require panic bars on exit doors.

Close to the dumpsters is where all the nails and screws are, also if you hit as many dumpsters as Mike or any other diver it's not as efficient to pull right up to each one
