Oh yes, when it comes "that time" after some undetermined every so often years, we go through the "pile" or drawers and cabinets and closets to see what items are no longer wanted, even though we already have saved them numerous times but at long last have come to our senses and out they go or we give them away to other family members for them to cherish and place in their own "piles" to be sorted out yet again "one day". 😅

It strikes me now, that in these days of rampant and aggressive nastiness throughout society we could use a lot more good old fashioned Lutheran self-effacement and chronic politeness. Could we all just put a hold on the 'outrage' default that poisons any possible simple exchange of good manners? Please? Huh?
