I checked the archive, and no, Miko looked into the box right before picking it up, because she needed to remove paper and emerald from it. So the box in her inventory is still full. The only problem are Nene's stolen diamonds, but that's on Nene.

Just before the stream, Miko's "big sister" Nene robbed Nekoneko Finance of its diamonds and gave them to Miko. So Miko was essentially using partially stolen money to return her debts. Right after returning the debt, Okayu reported on the game chat that they had discovered the theft and are trying to find the thief. Miko promptly logged out.😂 Having discovered it was Nene who stole their diamonds, Mio filed a report to Ozora Police, who then issued an arrest warrant for Nene on Twitter. Lol

She left the box out. Then at one point during the stream you can hear the box open/close then a "rocket fly" sound. But Miko was focused on the slot machine and didn't notice. Fubuki had looted her box and flew away while using an invisible potion.

It's the same reason Miko didn't just transfer the dropper of diamonds to her inventory, even though they were in the gambling machine or take the diamond blocks from the old banking stand. Nobody is going to do straight up malicious things. Funny things, like stream snipe Miko for the opportunity to snag all her diamonds, yes, but FBK was always going to give them back.
