@@birifumi I would hardly say it’s gone cold given how well documented the evidence is. Both through clips and the original streams. But Even Subaru has a limit to how much she can cover, especially given just how many criminals she has to deal with in a single stream.

I'm definitely not trying to cover up for our shooting star, the diamond in the rough, idol vtubber Hoshimachi Suisei herself either. And in case you start to have funny thought, I definitely not having any axe pointed on my neck at all. Now take some distance, there is some things in this world where it would be better if you walk away from it.

Micomet have a lot of defense here, Subapolice violate their rights to adequate legal representation,not only that subapolice also said "silence is admission" which violates micomet rights to remain silent and to not provide incriminating evidence against themselves. Subapolice also "sentenced" micomet and thus have overstepped her jurisdiction as law enforcement. Due to above reasons,I would like to file a lawsuit against the oozora police to the YAGOO court of seiso(?) Justice for violations of criminal procedural law and also appeal to overturn the micomet verdict. #FreeMiComet

@@jaysoncayetano2943 from what I read the japanese constitution also guarantee the right to remain silent though the japanese police will be extremely suspicious of you and they have a legal basis to detain you for 23 days for no reason. The rights to adequate legal representation and the rights to not provide incriminating evidence against oneself is also there,especially confessions under duress. But in practice I heard many cops force confessions out from people,even some tourist who were detained are told to sign a confession even if they don't know what the document entails. I heard the police also somehow can prevent detainee access to attorney,so although de jure they have protection de facto they are not exactly going smoothly,or at least from the stuff that I read.
