When you prepare food , you put vibrations into it by your thoughts in the mind . Better the thoughts , better are the vibrations . Better the quality and power of positive spiritual thoughts , better , tasty and delicious is the food because the AUM vibrations inside the particles of atmosphere align the molecules of the food . For making perfectly round chapatis , you have to hold the rolling pin really light and loosely so that it give the dough enough space to move and form a round shape. Rolling pin needs to glide softly so that the chapati starts rotating on the surface....and get perfect shape with uniform thickness .Hope this helps...Hare Krishna🙏🙏

You are doing a great job for the society❤️ I was a hard core non vegetarian till I visited a farm and witnessed the horror of the dairy industry. The cow is inseminated painfully every 6 months so that calf is born. The calves are taken away immediately without a single drop of milk. The male calves are transported to the slaughterhouse to be killed on the very day. This process continues for some years till the cow is completely exhausted and later sold for meat. That’s the milk we consume. I literally had sleepless nights after watching the cows, their udders become so big they can’t even move. And they run to save their babies from going to the slaughterhouse. Thank you for these recepies so that people can choose compassion in their plate instead of pain.

Mataji, beautiful channel. May we give you a few suggestions. Let the pan heat first, then pour the oil. Let the oil heat first, then put in the spices. Also, the bay leaf is never ground. It is put in the water while cooking vegetables or rice (for pulao) and taken out before eating
