Yeah she is singing Live and I'm proud of it because she didn't sang live last year. She already said in the start, "Mom,do you have your ears in?" And during the chorus, it sounds different.

i go there every year and this year (2010) had debby ryan and i remember back in 2008 i stayed at wilderness lodge and i remember watchin this thinking how much she lipped synced but it was cool to see miley but thats all that i saw that year was miley :l CHECK MY CHANNEL TO SEE AMBER :D

actually, in her concerts, she lypsynchs too. I mean, I'm not a fan of her, but if you're dancing for 3 hours 4 nights awake, it takes a toll on you're body, so most performers (especially untalented ones like Miley) don't sing. Watch a video of her on tour. The songs sound the same way they do on an album. Also, she makes no decisions about her tour; it's all directors, and managers. She just sits there and has her voice edited in a recording studio.
