Appreciate that, but it’s not the issue. It’s not JUST your channel either, but ALL the channels I sub to. They’re all gun /2A channels as well. Each day I’ve got to go to the notifications tab and go through the videos and save them to my watch later so I can have some shitter entertainment! I can see some people having these issues you posted for, but not for my situation on my apple iPhone product.

@@KendrasEdge757 To be honest, I subscribe to a bunch of channels, and even many of the non-gun channels I sub to, I don't get notifications for months, while I get suggestions of videos I don't subscribe to. I don't necessarily think it's KZfaq being anti-2A, so much as KZfaq being pro-ad-money. If I watch a bunch of gun videos, I get more gun videos recommended the next 2-3 days, but if I don't click on any in the next 2-3 days, KZfaq recommends other videos. Edit: I always see Forgotten Weapons videos in my recommended, and I think it's because I often click on them, because "Oh, that's an interesting gun". I'm subscribed to MAC, but to be honest I usually only watch the videos of guns I'm interested in buying. But I've seen the same thing with car channels I like. If I don't watch videos from that channel within a week, they tend to disappear off my recommended videos list.

Guarantee the mp5 has major trouble with this. It's a pretty finnicky platform to begin with despite it's many outstanding characteristics.

@@lytening79 💯. I've got one as well and can attest that suppressed fire creates some issues of which include a gummed up fluted chamber that creates failures. Love the platform but it really is finnicky. I should also mention that I own an APC as well and I'd take it any day of the week over my mp5.

@Class Reductionist White Male yeah I've got a zenith (MKE) and I'm thinking it could get past the elements but I have concerns about just a little bit of sand or mud making it have troubles getting into battery. Mine has been pretty flawless (for an mp5). After I added a suppressor things got a bit more involved on keeping it going though 😂 APC9 on the other hand: perfection

More like another great example of swiss engineering. Mp5s are expensive, I don't see a whole lot of value with them other than collectability.

Exactly. Who is going to be operating in water, then sand, then dirt, then mud, without a chance to stop and clean the gun? The gantlet is the _extreme_ text that most firearms made will never actually have to pass. Most folk nowadays arent storming the beaches of Normandy.

Absolutely love my apc9 with trijicon mro. Folded, and with 3 30 stick mags, fits right into a regular backpack.

Great test. As usual... I'd like to see a winterized guantlet test with snow, snow dirt mix, icy water, rinse with scalding hot water for temperature changes. Good to see a few KZfaq ads on this video. Hopefully they're paying you good money.

Idk about freezing to scolding hot, that is unfair against the metal, almost garunteed to create micro fractures in aluminum or big cracks, just unsafe and idk about practical, please dont do that to your gun👍

Don't need to pour the scalding hot water to simulate temperature change in Indiana. It can be snowing one hour and 80 the next

I'm totally impressed but I did expect it coming from a B&T product.. I've considered the APC to be a top notch SMG right up there with the MP5 and UMP for a few years now.. If a civilian shooter has a budget of 2k or so the B&T APC is the way to go for an elite PCC.. For mid tier budget of about 1,500 I say the PTR MP5 and under 1K CZ Scorpion or Grand Power Stribog The Sig MPX will cost B&T money with sub 1k gun reliability

My TEC-9 was always a tad finicky with different ammunition, no way it would pass the gauntlet. 😥

I just started watching "No Country For Old Men", you can tell that back then Tim did not do his gauntlet tests yet because Llewelyn Moss started clearing out his 1911 when he got out of the river. I'm pretty sure the 1911 would pass the water test, every pistol did so far.

We have one of these, we had it on the wall for sale for a solid month or two when they first came out and while a lot wanted to check it out no one wanted to spend that kind of cash. Being a 07/3 we contacted B&T and bought their proprietary FA lower. Now everyone gets to enjoy it, able to rent and experience it in full giggle mode. They run awesome. We just got their ghm9 g2’s in stock about 3-4 weeks ago.

@@Genesis23OPB well the upper has slightly different cuts and the buffer is mounted to the bolt. I would also think the performance will be similar.

We shot between 4-5K thousand rounds one afternoon with the full auto version of this gun...we ran her dry “no lube” not a single hiccup all day. That gun is legit

What amazes me with the 2A community is that manufacturers and gun owners alike all 2A related things despite all the weight and very fluid laws coming down on us and trying to eliminate the 2A all together we still continue to advance in design and push more new products out regardless and content creators like MAC and iv8888 ext. Keep bringing it to the forefront and into the public view it just shows how strong the 2A community is 🦅🇺🇸🦅

It's important to understand that the laws are not fluid, how the ATF is choosing to interpret the laws is what keeps changing. This is also against the EO issued by President Trump, so it seems for the time being the ATF is rogue. Now this doesn't mean you have nothing to worry about, it just means we need to be very clear about what is happening. As with 2A detractors, misinformation must be countered with real information.

I know these are just for entertainment purposes, so no one get on my case, but I've always thought that the Elements test would best be done with the same methodology as The Gauntlet, with the obvious edition of the rinse. That is, don't just drop the gun in and push it down, but actually take material and pile it on top to represent something really getting stuck in it. I think this is probably most apparent with the sand, we're simply dropping it into the bucket gets very little on the gun, but when you pile it up you can induce a malfunction in almost anything

Well, looks like our boys have a good subgun... from what I’ve read it’s been mainly issued to units with a PSD detail, which is typically assigned to basic infantry units, and not specialized units like SF, Rangers, or CAG. This being said, CAG has a long history with subguns, starting with the M3 Grease Gun when Beckwith started the unit.

I qas not expecting those results with how short the video length is. I was wrong again. LOL I think you misspoke and meant to say that the bolt was sticky and harder to operate after the mud and putting it in the dirty water helped with that.

I'm not surprised that this made it through the gauntlet but I am really shocked that it still cycled towards the end. The ejection pattern was REALLY weak towards the end there.

@Bryan Yorke some people that Gucci versions of firearms & make their firearms like some special toy will scream looking at this. If they are trying keep that firearm for resale at higher price than they paid they would keep the firearm in more pristine conditions & not use it. To each their own.
