Hi, any specific brand or type of cocoa powder and drinking chocolate? Very useful recipe. I was looking for this one, because all others use coconut oil or they use readymade compound. Thanks for sharing

You can use any brand of cocoa powder but local cocoa powder can be used in more quantity than branded.
