"They really went ham with the tape on this one" 😂👌🏻 Thank you for saying it, because I was thinking it. 😂 My grandmother used to have one of those bird clocks, and on every new hour it would make the birdcall of the bird it pointed to. Fun clock. Enjoyed the banter at the end between you two about the fortune cookies... the bloopers too. 😂👌🏻

I can't wait for your haul vlog. The milk glass is an awesome score!! I found a piece two weeks ago for $2. It is purple and gold. It has the number *24* on the top lid and bottom piece.

At the beginning, the milk glass reminds me of a dresser set. The 'toothpick holder' may have been for make-up or manicure things. Just a guess tho.

Hobby Lobby and Michaels introduced a vintage theme of Halloween items last year and brought it back this year. It’s fun to see the old school Halloween items. I got a metal, vintage looking repro cat wall hanging piece from Goodwill for a dollar the other day with a Hobby Lobby partially removed sticker on the back. I’m lovin’ the old school Halloween reproduction decor. You and Barb rock!

Hi Jeffrey and Barb. Had a picture in my mind of the bird clock dropping bird poo, every time it hit every hour. Good decision to get rid of the clock, when it "crapped out." Who needs a messy clock like that, around the house? Hee hee ...okay, enough of that... Can't help it though.... Snicker... snicker

Have found a couple of real gems in that thrift store. Always do a run through when in the area. It is a local charity thrift store.

I love Barb!!! She is an excellent sidekick for you, Jeffrey. I'm sure you haven't noticed (wink, wink) that sometimes you get a little anxious on camera, Barb mellows you out & really brings out your quirky sense of humor ... she's a calming, comfortable influence on you, from what I can tell ... it's great to have friends who share hobbies & tastes and who are such nice people. You guys picked up some great items ... I don't know what it is, that turn of the century milk glass (I know Jocelyn is a fan of that painted stuff too) does nothing for me. Just a little too "shabby chic" for me, I guess. We all have opinions and I don't know why I feel I have to share mine, but I love a lot of the items you buy/sell.

Same. Not a big fan of the milk glass, it was vastly over produced and I agree the "shabby chic" thing is way overdone. I like things with more character, a little quirkier, and often, a little weird. My favorite find in this video was the black cat Halloween candy pail :)

Lol its one butterfly right, not 3? theyre 3d. Its fun to find 'occupied japaners' Just get it all..! those are way better prices than the darn goodwill & savers that are totally catching on to our game & upping their prices ..so its sun city yard sales, community thrift stores, & church rummage sales for the good cheap stuff☺️thats sad. I dont even look at stuff that sold for 20 or less on ebay unless got it for $1😛

Margaret Sen I can only speak for myself, but I think strawberries are very cute. I have stopped adding to my collections, but if I ever saw a large platter with strawberries I would buy it very quickly. I would pay up to $25.

I watched this video and almost immediately after I saw a listing that looks like it has that same lidless box advertised as a soap dish! So perhaps there never was any lid, or maybe this etsy seller just got creative and paired it with another tray, I'm not sure.
