My kitty Bailey is almost 14 years old and it makes me sad to think that she might not be with me for many more years. She still acts like a young cat, though. The saddest thing for pet owners is seeing their pets getting older. As a 5 year old cat mamma I know how it feels. Specially cats are more playful and more energetic when they are kittens. We all get old and they do it faster. Don't force them to run or play if they don't want to because they can feel worse. The elderly must be taken care of a lot, and give them a lot of love so they don't get depressed.
