Nice Work.Please load the Arduino file ( in addition to the firmware hex file ) so that people can add and improve and make suggestion. It could save a lot of time for others who are doing similar work in Arduino platform. Well done.

hello great work, I have it in a ramps 1.4, and it seems to be fine, but when you start a job, saying 0 of the three axes, in z it rises about 16 mm, I would have to modify some parameters but I have not seen where And which one, can you tell me to change it so that it keeps on the z axis as 0 without raising at the beginning?

Marlin yazılımında cnc modunu aktif etmiş. Başka hikayesi yok. Spindle bağlantısını da 3d yazıcılarda ısıtıcı fişeğin bağlı olduğu pinlere bağlamış. Endstop yok, zaten yazılımdan sıfırlama yapıyorsunuz. Mega - ramps ikilisi yerine mks gen L almanızı öneririm. Sürücü a4988, drv8825, tmc serileri hepsi olur. Motor nema 17.

Hi friend, I'd like to adjust your Marlin firmware for my CNC3018. I'm trying to use M3, M4, M5 or M106/M107 comands with speed (PWM) parameters. Unfortunately they not able to turn ON D8/D9 spindle or cooler pins. Only by manual control from LCD menu is possible to turn them ON. Please inform how to change your script for D8/D9 control by milling programs with above mentioned commands?

CAN you explain the power supply diagram? What power supply do you use on the ramps? Is it connected only on the 5Amp or also on the 11 Amp? Have you changed the voltage regulator of D8 ? Why? What power tool can the ramps support? Can it control a 500Watt Milling spindle motor? Thank you

I think if you change the mosfet you can drain more power, but mmm you can take the signal from the gate and use with another circuit , a better mosfet or mosfet array to increase the power, a rellay maybe to control AC

Hello excellent work, I built a cnc using the firmware you posted, for the creation of the gcodes I use inskape and artcam software but the machine does not read them, I would like to know what software you use for the creation and editing of journeys. which you use to generate the gcodes that the Marlin firmware interprets, thank you very much.

José Nicolás Campo Lora in order to read them your files must have a .gcode extension . Gcode comes in ASCII files (typical text) so you can just rename your .nc or .tap or whatever files into .gcode and give it a try! Inkscape-generated files should work as is (using just the .gcode conversion) but for other software you may need to use a Marlin post processor. At least with Fusion360 (also an Autodesk product, like Artcam) you have to find the right post-processor for your firmware! Cheers

Estefirmware can be used in a cnc laser, if you can that pin I activate the laser in ttl mode thanks.

Just enable the lines in the firmware of the lcd which you have and disable the line which were previously enable in the firmware.

Ramps is a typical 3D printer controler it has ATMEGA 2560 from Arduino Mega and SD card slot you must copy program and run it. This what author is showing here is manual control before start.
