Alright for people having trouble connecting it, go to device manager, look for software devices, right click on the printer, update drivers! Done ✅ you can do this while the software is running so you can align the head

Love Canon the setups are a breeze and if you are having trouble setting up the videos are helpful very precise instructions

You may have forgotten the WiFi portion of the setup? “How to setup Canon Pixma MG2522 Printer over Wifi and Install Ink?”. Maybe should include at the end of the video “just kidding about the WiFi part”! As far as I can tell this printer does not support Wi-Fi.

Why did they make the USB cord so short. I keep my printer under the desk on a shelf and the cord doesn't reach the USB port of my all in on desktop. Can I purchase a longer cord?

Very helpful. A client for my computer class had a chromebook with no CD reader. The written instructions did not give obvious instructions on how to get drivers without using the CD. She will be back next week and I know should be able to install this for her.

I'm having a problem with my MG2522 printer, already! When I went to download the drivers, a different box popped up, which said "All Files", and on the bottom it said "Save or Cancel"! I'm on Windows 10, by the way!
