Millet Rice Cake | 小米白糖糕

2 жыл бұрынGluten-free, egg-free vegetarian recipe made of millet and rice flour. It's sweet and honeycomb textures. You can adjust the amount of sugar according to your own taste. It's so easy to make and super delicious!
Ingredients 材料:
70 g (1/3 cup) non sticky millet (rinse) 非糯性小米(冲洗)
120 g (1 cup) rice flour 粘米粉/在来米粉
15 g (2 tbsp) goji berries (rinse) 枸杞(冲洗)
240 ml (1 cup) unsweetened almond milk 无糖扁桃仁奶
120 ml (½ cup) water (room temperature) 清水(室温)
80 g (1/3 cup) sugar 白糖
1 tsp (3 g) instant yeast 速发酵母
Steam over high heat for 20 minutes 大火蒸20分钟
