It doesn't matter what the intentions were. It's completely obvious she's had her mouth fiddled with. I don't know about the rest of her. Sometimes procedures are subtle, especially with these Hollywood types having access to the best surgeons. She's definitely had her lips pumped up.

Noses can be changed through injuries like fractures. Fat does change yes, but from looking at the before and after pictures, it hasn’t in this case. ‘baby fat’ is not a real thing, it’s an excuse for bad lifestyle choices. Baby fat usually in actual scientific spaces refers to brown adipose tissue, a type of tissue developed in infancy that coalesce in areas such as the neck and upper chest, NOT the face. This tissue decreases slightly as you age but not at the relevant ages being discussed, and it isn’t in the face anyway.
