I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. One of the things I have learned in my years of investing is not to completely move in or move out of investments, if you have quality assets. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $130k in passive diversified safe-haven assets, Up 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.

No one knows what the market will do, those who claim they know are either lying so they can take your money or genuinely delusional about being able to predict the future. Educate yourself by reading… “The Intelligent Investor” and “I Will Teach You To Be Rich” are good places to start. Learn about dollar cost averaging. Be wary of high fees, especially from actively managed funds or advisors who work on percentage. Be aware that people can have different titles that have no relation to any accreditation or if they’re actually a fiduciary (gtfo if they’re not a fiduciary). Don’t gamble on individual stocks (other than for fun) - there’s a reason why Warren Buffet wants his wife’s investments after he passes away to all be in a simple index fund.

I think you basically just have to research and study what kind of assets you want to Invest in.

Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others, as an investor, you should’ve known that by now, nothing beats experience and that’s final, personally I had to reach out to a market analyst for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to a million, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I’m buying again.

First of all, I’d say best of luck for your trading journey. The only advice i would give it to you since you are a beginner is to first get the thorough knowledge of trading, trade on demo account or have a professional on standby

@@ReidCoffman1 I usually go with registered representatives. VIVIAN JEAN WILHELM for example has the best performance history (in my opinion) and does offers 1v1 consultation to her copiers which I think is amazing. I don’t know how many traders like that are there.

Thanks for the video, very informative and your fun to listen to. I like the membership/subscription model. The key to keeping subscribers in the subscription model is offer something realiy good at a really low monthly cost to the point where they dont even see the charge because its so low and you offer alot. A subscription that costs $5-$8 mo and you have 10,000 subscribers adds up bigtime while keep offering value to them and most will stay subscribed.
