Thanks for these amazing interviews. My highlight moment: "it's hard to tell traders not to take too high of a risk...". 20% gain on my 10k personal account after a year seems and is really small to consider as a gain. 10% on a million is 100k, that is a full time salary! I recently blew a 100 funded account right after I took a decent payout for the first time ever; taking too high of a risk. I don't understand the subconscious activity that makes me hold on to a losing position, and even add to it accelerating the damage. I just don't get it. How can not stop half way? two-third of the way? Instead, I accelerate the damage into the big bang or probably the black-hole.

Hard to take a loss, Cant admit we are wrong. U need to grow this skill first.

You need to condition the belief that small losses = trading success! Make it a rule not to risk more than 1.5% of your account per trade idea, ideally less.

The wounded child hit so hard. I hold on to losing trades because I want to prove that I'm right about the trade. Then reading about Mandi's teaching about childhood trauma's relevance to trading losses, I realised that as the youngest in the family it was a must for me to constantly prove myself to my parents and siblings that I'm right about my decisions. It's true, the market is a brutal place to learn about deep psychological issues in life. 😂
