All million dollar winners included from all editions in the US (Primetime, Syndicated, Super, Tournament of Ten).
Note: I made this video many years back when I was in my late teens, and have not gotten any money from the creation of this video. I make completely different videos now pertaining to the game show Jeopardy!, so if that still interests you, stick around!

Even if not, I don't believe any other game show offers anything close to a grand prize of a million dollars so I don't blame them lol. Well except for Wheel of Fortune, which makes it incredibly hard to even get the *CHANCE* to win a $Million. Even the show that requires the most intelligence, (or at least incredible memory/trivia skills) Jeopardy, can only gross you ~$30k per game (as long as your name isn't James Holzhauer anyway).

The questions are ridiculously easy! "Where is Paddington bear from" is like the £1k question here in the UK

One comment pointed out that after 2002 they needed harder questions. Plus not a lot of this info was obvious because you didn't have the internet at the point qwhere it is today. And Paddington was never a big thing here until the movie came out. I bet "what steel driving man beat a rock drilling machine in a race to make a train tunnel" would be worth more than £1k even tho most second graders here have heard at least some variation of the John Henry story

I think you misinterpret the Bible. Magic is not the same as Miracles. Magic is an act of a human being, whereas a Miracle is an act of God. The story is written so that he was taught the value of hard work by his father, Joseph, as an apprentice.

@samthenightowl5951
@samthenightowl5951 2 жыл бұрын
@@robertwilliams5618 my understanding is that your phone-a-friend was in some hotel room paid for by the show, and it wasn't like you'd be monitored by some guard employed by the show to ensure you didn't cheat. one thing that's easy to forget was that this show was on in a time when the internet existed, but wasn't as dominant in day-to-day life. basically the late 90s to like the early/mid-2000s saying something like "just google it" would probably get a look of confusion from someone if they heard that, even though google did exist back then of course, if you were really tech-savvy back then, you'd know just how powerful and efficient search engines could be as gateways to knowledge. we all know this now, but i suspect the people running the game show didn't know that back in those days they eventually got rid of that lifeline i think because of phone-a-friends using search engines on their laptops more and more

I wouldn't have gotten any of these answers except Lesotho (I know the others are wedged in between multiple countries), Sikorsky (I've never heard of helicopters named after the other three names and would have taken that as a wild guess, but didn't specifically know if that was the first), and N (I remember a US reconnaissance plane began with a 'U', which rules that out). Good upload.
