I would just like to add a comment on this video and I hope it reaches Bob-Os family. My son is 16 years old and is blind and autistic. He loves to his episode of super millionaire. He loves Bob-O, We have watched this episode a minimum of 5 times a day for about 3 years. I didn’t know he passed away until today and I’m so very sorry for your loss. I just want you to know that a little boy in CO loves him and knows every single line of this episode. He’s a part of our lives and I’m sure he was an amazing person and sorely missed.

@@kinny6823I am also autistic and now 17 and a half years old, and I’ve been watching all sorts of Australian and American Millionaire throughout my whole life. It’s very inspiring looking back at those very intelligent contestants knowing hard questions that only some of them I’d know before taking a look at it, but then again like the Johannes Kepler retina question, I’ve learnt this in 9th grade, but I’ve watched it and remembered it when I was roughly 4-5 years old

Normally when someone leaves with a million, it would say “MILLIONAIRE” in the box below when the contestant walks off. This is the only time it actually says “$1,000,000”, due to the game not being completed.

Matt Magnone I think the rationale for the timer was to reduce the amount of time contestants would take stalling on a question, and they were worried that a Charles Ingram type situation could happen in the US, so they introduced the clock.

I've watched super millionaire on gsn when I was 4 years old back in 2006 and It was my favorite show my favorite part of every super millionaire episode is the opening of the announcer saying last time or last night on super millionaire and it shows the clips of what happened and I hope that KZfaq will upload more of the full episodes of super millionaire in the future from 2004 or 2007 on gsn

They switched to an RNG for 50 50 by the time Super Millionaire aired. But I imagine a bunch of people were screaming at him not to say what his two hunches are (even originally it was never actually rigged on set. They rigged it when they wrote the question, they just guessed the most likely second hunch right most of the time. Game show regulators attested to this)

+Kurtis C. +Rafal Olechwierowicz incorrect. Though it has never happened before, however, both lifelines CAN be used in conjunction, so long as the Double Dip lifeline HAS NOT BEEN USED FIRST. Once the Double Dip is activated, any other lifelines available cannot be used.

Tricky question that one if you know something about scientists but not sure of the answer, because Newton studied optics, defined white light as componented, developed the speculum mirror telescope and sight is definitely kind of up his alley.

Most people should've been able to get it just by elimination: Galileo and Newton were obviously wrong and most people should recognise that Copernicus was far too early for advanced ophthalmology. Even if they didn't get the latter, the question was basically a bye with the Double Dip.
