Hi, I'd like to suggest an attachment that can be beneficial for guys who want to screw a perfect shot. I'd like to see a strait shot guide too base that follows all the way in. I always hated starting a screw that ends up twisting out of alignment. An attachment that works with all impacts and drills would be great.

I mean, really, hasn't the full-size impact driver been pretty much perfected for a while now? To have a bunch of settings to control off an app, that just seems like added complexity. It's a hammer just let it bang!

Why does this new compact driver need a 5.0 Ah battery as shown in the video? My little compact runs for ages on a 1.5 Ah battery and it weighs 2/3 of a pound less than it would with a 5.0 Ah one. When would 5.0 Ah be needed?

When you’re a professional that Hass to be driving screws all day long? 🤷🏻‍♂️Not to mention the difference in weight is negligible compared to the extra power a higher amp hour battery gives the two. So it last longer and technically has more overall power

@@timenavigator9643 Thanks for responding to my post. Are you someone that actually has to drive screws "all day long" or are you speculating? Power is measured in watts and capacity in watt-hours. With a small motor like is used in this impact driver the maximum power delivered should be about the same whether the battery contains a single, double, or triple-row pack. For smaller tools the run time should increase for the larger capacity battery but not the power. The only guy I know that uses a Milwaukee impact tool to drive screws all day long builds decks and prefers to use the single-row 3.0 Ah packs because they are much lighter but still give a good run time.

@@masteryoda2772 I have many M18 batteries ranging from 1.5 to 9.0 Ah-hours. What I do not have is the new 3.0 Ah with a single row of cells. My impact driver works best for me with the single-row 2.0 Ah pack and is much too heavy with the double-row 5.0 Ah or triple-row 9.0 Ah packs. It would be interesting to know how many deck screws can be driven with each of the single-row packs. Single-row packs charge quickly using the standard "charger" [It's not an M18 charger but a power supply for the charger.]
