Drill- Packedge in typical box, came with a tool bag (added bonus), two batteries, one charger, drill, and driver. Two words "plenty of Torque" kzfaq.infoUgkxW1vOBRCMrgTCDEijzpVzDWsgI-Jm2iQv well I guess that's three. Nice upgrade from current setup. Has belt clips, I don't think I will be using those. Driver and drill were bigger than what I expected but it is an upgrade from the current setup. For the money I would say that this is a great setup for Professionals and DIY/Weekend warriors.

Tri LED is probably the coolest thing about impact drivers. It's so much better than 1LED lighting that I never want to go back

I just got 9 tools plus 2 batteries for $600 at home depo ... great pricing! I have 40+ ryobi tools but after 3 to 5 years of use, some are showing their wear. The impacts don't engage as well as they use to. I can't wait to try out the impact wrench and driver once I get this tool lot. I agree kudos to Milwaukee and Home depo for not raising prices.

This is probably the first time I’m not excited to run out and buy the latest generation, GEN four seems like an incremental improvement over an already great GEN three. I think I’ll wait a while

I agree....the lights on the impact and the safety shut off for the drill are a great upgrade, but no where near a big enough upgrade to justify the cost of new tools. Gen 3s are great!

Nah man that antikickback on the the drill is worth the money. I've been slapped in the jaw a few times while in awkward positions.

As a residential electrician , we use the our hammer drill frequently during rough ins. The anti kick would be sweet!

@@mperez2496 I need it to save my wrists. Standing on a ladder with a cramped space doesn't always give me the option of holding the drill with 2 hands. Already have slight weakness in 1 wrist from a snapped tendon (i think) don't want to make things worse.

only complaint on this is that for storing all on the case you need to keep the batteries attached to the toll which is not recommended because get damaged if you need to store for some period of times, this force you to buy the battery holders to keep them safe

Why can’t Milwaukee put the drill info under the drill where the battery slides in. And have both sides with the Milwaukee logo/lighting. Would look so much better!!! That way that info will stay in tact from being scraped off.

Yep, my dewalt impact has had it for 10 years and I hate using everything else that has only 1 led. The shadow is so annoying.

It works in a pinch, but we'd definitely recommend using an impact wrench if you're consistently doing those kinds of jobs.

I just noticed that on Milwaukee home site, they are selling some of their tools in the kits, at 75-85 % off list. I'm shocked and don't know if I am actually on the Milwaukee site. But I can buy the 1/2 impact 1400 # torque, with battery and charger for less than 100 bucks!!!!! Many other tools and kits too!!! wondering if they are just offerering these prices? Is this for real???

This is why, personally, the reason I jumped out of the milwaukee boat. My 1st gen combo became obsolete in just a month, because the gen 2 was just announced,. I only see this happened with milwaukee. They can announce a gen 1, and then a gen 3 or 4, but no, they just want to "innovate"... We, normal people, only buy the same type of tool every few years, but maybe Im not the target of this type of marketing...

How long should Milwaukee wait before releasing new or updated models? It has been six years since the hammer drill was updated. Also, nobody is forcing you to buy new tools if your current tools work. ;)

Like you said "maybe you're not the target". You want the same old electric battery operated tool to be available for 10 years without an upgrade? First i heard anybody talk this way, you simply bought the first gen at the wrong time, upgrades are welcomed and they don't do it every year then make a tool obsolete like you say. In fact the other older models get discounted and people can get a great deal on good tools. Your thinking is way off. Better just get the Hart brand from Walmart if you don't want upgrade options every 3 years or so ....

These look nice, but the current drill/impact are very strong as is. It's hard for me to justify paying for the new model with a likely non noticeable improvement in performance.

I hope the gen 4 hammer drill stays cooler than the gen 3. My gen 3 gets ridiculously hot and it happens in no time. No need to replace the gen 3.5 impact with the good collet in my opinion…

No thank you I am now invested in Flex. One truck with Kobalt XTR the other truck with Flex. My M18 Milwaukee are in the shop I have the M12 Milwaukee in both trucks are also.

@@TacticalThib i just bought the new flex and first thing you know is how good it's build now is my second brand only behind Ridgid but in my arsenal i got Milwaukee g3 and the surge which is a piece shit tool i got the cobalt xtr one more junk all decolored and burning oil same as the Ford explorer and also DeWalt 887 850 840 other part of my junk yard and also have the metabo 36 volt and Ryobi plus and something that I want to tell you Milwaukee isn't a good tool when you work with this tool you make lots of mistakes cause it shakes like dealing with a stroke and people m say tti made both not truth Emerson electric made Ridgid tti only buy the rights from rigid but that's what I think i my stupid thinking that way

Its a shame these kits still come with 5 amp batteries. These should be paired with one 3 amp and one 6 amp high output battery. Even better 3 - 4 amp lithium pouch as i dont want to be too greedy. Flex impact driver comes with a 6 amp lithium pouch battery for $299. Come on Milwaukee

The specs of these tools are lies when they're tested against the older models. So far the gen 3 impact is just as fast and just as powerful maybe a tad than the gen 4. Also the same with the hammer drill. The only difference is the led, trigger control with the impact and the kickback technology with the hammer drill. Now those features are much better but the speed and power specs aren't. Tool companies should back up these claims
