Milwaukee did a nice job on this M12 version. I'm finding myself using more and more M12 tools.

I’d say this is a better choice than it’s bigger m18 brother, this offers utility storage while the m18 doesn’t even have a designated storage compartment, instead favoring a built in charger for m18 batteries.

Yes, I'm sure I'll use this more. It easier to move around and the light output is very good for a M12.

I would use the top bins for keys and headphone case on a jobsite because i wear athletic pants when i work and do inatalls so the ita nice to have empty pockets. Thatbwould be one bin, and the other im thinking medical. A few bandaids, tweezers, ointment, dingernail clippers. I looking at getting this light for the occasional times i need one, and when i go camping and we have to set up the tent in the dark.

Looks good, I wish they would've put the battery under the light not the storage so you don't have to disturb the light to get at storage

Interesting idea. I'm not sure what I'm going to store in there yet and how often I need to get to it.

@markthomasbuilder yeah idk what I'd store in there either but I do like the light and will probably buy it, they probably just felt they had to make storage since that is packouts main objective

i agree with Jared. I also think that if I open storage case with light on, case will be in the dark or in the shadow. Depending where that light is angled, i cannot see inside the case.

I don't know if you edit with headphones, but your microphone segments all have an audio hiss. These products are great, but why in the name of all that is holy, are they so stupidly expensive, for a $5-10 LED lol, this is the same problem I have with like any of the packout stack without aluminum reinforcement. I just use the little M18 flashlight you get from a lot of the tool bundle deals, and it lasts forever with the 5mah battery, just using it eat diner or what not as I live the vanlife.

Thanks for letting me know about the audio hiss. I need to work on the settings between my camera and wireless mic/receiver. As far as the light goes, the TRUEVIEW technology is an upgrade as well as the the 2 usb chargers. Their items are built to last, so you get what you pay for I'd say.
