This thing is fantastic. kzfaq.infoUgkx1McjgiqTNcTjrhvRvJWcrk5bzTeQW-Wn Easy to store in a bag in "screwdriver" position, not heavy but well built, and the location of the button makes it easy to screw or unscrew with one hand in either "gun" or "screwdriver" position. My only real complaint is there isn't a clip anywhere to store another bit, and the bit isn't a combo dual-ended bit either, so the flathead and P1/P0 philips bits we have to carry around invariably get misplaced.Note: Apparently Black + Decker changed this same Li2000 model from "Type 2" to "Type 3". This new "Type 3" appears to be slightly lighter, and the charging plug is now larger, with a little metal piece to keep it snug. I never noticed the "Type 2" version charger plug to not be perfectly snug, so not sure why this change was made - it does make it annoying that our shop now has 8 of these, and the new 3 have different charging plugs :/

You absolutely can’t beat Milwaukee’s packout system! It really shows also, when a tradesman shows up to a job completely organized with all packout you know you’re gonna get good quality craftsmanship! Will be interesting to see what you do with the new packout stuff with drawers! Awesome video and setup!
@EpikMunk2 жыл бұрын
True but sometimes you'll come across ones that will have a fancy hammer but no idea how to use it. I once knew a guy who had all the best tools, knew all the fking latin names of every material, could tell you which factory made which screw but couldn't hang a door to save his life.
@PodtrashRadio2 жыл бұрын
Ryobi's new LINK system is way cooler than this and easier to secure boxes together and even crates with no lids can be snapped in between boxes. It has a diamond pattern mounting system and a button release. I just own mostly DeWalt tools so it may look strange. Also the tools someone buys definitely is not reflective of the work you'll get. Milwaukee is actually less likely to result in good work because a lot of younger tradesman have hyped Milwaukee up and there's actually people out there who literally choose tools because of the color. I'd trust someone with DeWalt tools as they are usually used by skilled tradesman that have been working their whole life.
@onlyicedcrybaby72972 жыл бұрын
@@PodtrashRadio . Just say you can't afford milwaukee. Simple.
@PodtrashRadio2 жыл бұрын
@@onlyicedcrybaby7297 This is literally the dumbest comment. DeWalt and Milwaukee are literally at the same exact price point and offer the same exact sales at Home Depot. Milwaukee is by no means the more expensive brand and in a lot of cases is actually cheaper. I own Milwaukee hand tools and choose them for certain things, but prefer Dewalt power tools for the quick insert and release chuck sleeve on the impact drivers, the new DCF850 compact driver is a beast and the smallest impact driver in history, and the new powerstack batteries which blow Milwaukee out of the water as far as innovation in the industry. 5Ah power out of a battery smaller than the current 2Ah battery packs. Keep being a slave to brands though lol. If Milwaukee made a power tool good enough worth changing battery platforms for then I would switch. But powerstack + dewalts 2022 lineup it’s not even close.

So I've been looking at packout for a while (budget) love Milwaukee tools especially lately cus they are just hammering home constend dependability and longevity and wish I had the setup you guys have (Milwaukee need to see this video and send you some products to test) in regards to the lighting setup you can run led strips all through the top and top of walls for fairly cheap the running light mounds some guy did it for his room and just lights no ceiling tiles and came out great for your need (search KZfaq think it something like whole ceiling of lights for inspiration/ to see what I'm talking abour)it's not practical for everyday use but for hands on work(like construction, or mechanic) sometimes having lights like that no shadows makes work easier and faster and im sure you can rig up to use milwakee battery, maybe get some solar panales on top the truck to charge batterys/lights so you dont have to run the truck all the time to charge it just a thought hope this helps you out and your profitable business stay safe and stay crafty my friends
