Mhj really does knows how to dig issues. She knows that a member of newjeans hasn't been responded when she greeted the BangPd. When in fact she knows that Bangpd has a tendency not to recognize faces especially if he hadn't met them often and since they are children themselves he couldn't know how to handle idol kids unlike Sakura and Chaewon who is an adult and who can communicate intellectually. I always side with the underdog in these situations, hence my support of MHJ during this whole Hybe situation. But, in court, it should always come down to facts and the facts alone. I think both MHJ and BHS are flawed, 2 faced people. MHJ is a succesful creative powerhouse, but a Narcissist who plays victim, and manipulates people and the public. BSH had success at JYP then Bighit as a PD, then help transform that into Hybe and a successful corporation, but has inferiority issues, and meglomania tendencies. He does shady things to help what he created seem the best, when it is all about power, money, and trying to be perceived as a Titan of Kpop as a powerful genius to cover his inferiority and jealousy and feed his ego and cover his personal flaws. I think he hated SM from his JYP days, and hired MHJ to squeeze out her magic creative formulas for group making, particularly GG, then just copying everything she did to spit her out. Even though LSM wanted to cash out his SM shares with Hybe (actually the highest safest bidder), BSH wanted that power of beating out the former #1 Kpop company. Aside from what he created with BTS and TXT, he doesn't care much about his artists,only a winning formula despite how banal or mediocre it is, especially GG, after being burned by Glam. He has some misogynistic tendencies and just wants to make money off his GG because he was jealous of Aespa and BP fame and fortune. He manipulates particularly the perception of success by buying it, boosting album sales, chart rankings, streaming services, music shows, and media play, bot services. He's strategic, but doesn't care about the artists or talent, just buying and leveraging $$$ making opportunities. He wants to be WMG or Sony MG. It just shows the dark underbelly of Kpop particularly, and much of the music industry at large.
