in the beginning of BTS career, they're accused of copying EXO or Big Bang .. there're wars between fandom. This happened when they're literally no body. They're accused of plagiarizing other's people music too .. which turned out to be not true, of course ..

Bts were accused of plagiarism back in the day for their school,boy concept for the first trilogy of albums. Unfortunately, exo had also done a school boy concept for their album at the time. Mhj was the creative director in SM so she may be referring to that incident. Bts explains that everyone was doing school boy concepts and it was just unfortunate timing that the two comeback were so close to each other. It’s not like mhj invented the schoolboy concept, that’s been around forever. And let’s just remember that after V’s Layover album was release we had Taemin’s comeback which was almost identical. The common denominator between V and Taemin is mhj who worked on V’s album and worked with Shinee when she was in SM. Bit rich accusing others of copying when she is copying herself.

The only way she can go independent is to kick up a storm in the media and public. Malign Hybe, their artists and labels. By doing this the value of the company will be affected and as such Hybe would then have to do something about it. Her thinking/plan is that if Hybe has to address the devaluing of the shares then she will be in the best place to negotiate a full takeover of Ador. And what better way to really kick up a storm to make Hybe pay attention then to go after BTS, which would get army into a tizzy and great the biggest storm ever. Best thing is for Army and BTS to stay well out of it. My favourite option for Hybe would to sell out Ador shares to an outsider and not to mhj. There's only one thing that's for sure. Right now, HYBE management has people who think the entertainment industry and the game industry alike. In other words, there are people who think of the singer as a game character. They also consider Min Hee-jin as a game character creator. Now they're spreading false news that will provoke ARMY to kick her out.

I wanted to be neutral at first but then she says that and I can't help but think she is just another clout chaser because when BTS wasn't popular , nobody claimed them and treated them like dirt. However, the girls decided their contract had been violated by the CEO; claimed he hadn't supported their physical and mental health well enough. They (and their parents) took him to court to break their contracts. (As it turned out, the head of the company had made some pretty serious sacrifices for their sakes.) The judge ruled against the girls; they appealed; the appeal was rejected. Apparently at this point three of the girls said 'f this' and refused to return to work. The label fired those three and sued them for the contract breach. And won. The fourth did return to work, withdrew her legal action, and has actually received a rookie award since then. The other three are trying to transition to other companies, and probably not having much luck.

BTS were far from the only ones doing school-related themes, but they were the ones who got accused of plagiarizing at the time.
