In the confrontation with him and Laura, you can see him wearing it, and he makes the connection. "if you’re wearing an Apple watch with cellular sharing your location and don’t have your phone on you, the location of your watch will be shared."

the way I read it with Johnny and Amy, they have different levels of risk tolerances to the posibility of having a kid. He wants to take ALL the precautions (condoms included as she says), she’s ok with just condoms and the slim posibility of children. And given their outlook on finances and more generally life, it makes sense. He has a life plan he’s very dedicated to and she is a more go with the flow person.

It’s not an age or job issue. Kenneth was purposefully detaching from the relationship.

If you’ve ever waited tables, you prepare the plates for the weight staff. It’s just common courtesy. So apparently, A.D. has never waited tables. They made it seem weird, but, I think that was a good thing that he got the plates together for the waiter or the Buser. I have issues with that edit of that scene from the producers. I have to agree with putting Chelsea at the bottom of the power rankings. I find myself blurting out not so nice things when she whines. I HATE IT SO MUCH. Jimmy has problems, but his patience deserves a medal. Jeremy, Laura, Sarah Ann, Kenneth and Jessica all give me the ick. Clay is also very problematic, but interesting to watch.

Based on Attachment theory - Jimmy is clearly avoidant and will continue to trigger Chelsea's anxious attachment style. This relationship will end up toxic. Clay is also avoidant but AD is secure so this couple has a better chance of working.

He doesn’t want to take s**t for having been immediately turned off by Chelsea the moment he saw her. It would have been more honest to admit it during their stay in DR than stringing her along. Amy did not jump to vasectomy. It was clear she said it after him not so subtly putting birth control on her. BEFORE she mentioned vasectomy out of exasperation, he said that his previous girlfriends have all been on birth control. It was clear that was not the first time he mentioned it. She has said since the show that she did bring up condoms (which should be #1 since they just met), and he didn't think that was good enough. I do agree that this couple and so many folks debating about it are showing they failed health class or simply don't care to learn about their bodies. There are only 2 - 3 days a month you can get pregnant. Don't do the deed on those days - the end.

This is by far THE BEST season of LiB. I am here for the mess. Give me 1 or 2 good relationships as a palate cleanse, but then give me 3 or 4 as absolute train wrecks 😂😂

Jess is Michael Jordan. He not only never lost a championship, but he flaunted it and psychologically controlled the game. Jess is doing all that and more. She knows her worth compared to Chelsea and she’s just patiently waiting for the kill with full swag and a sly smile. It’s going to be epic. The producers were brilliant here and just let this simmer in the background for the grand finale.

I think Amy has legitimate concerns about using the BCP. However both Jimmy and Amy need to sit with a doctor…gynaecologist who can explain to them both other successful methods of birth control. Both are ignorant of the steps Amy needs to take to prevent an unwanted pregnancy, and Jimmy needs to know that birth control methods are not totally in her hands. He can use condoms, plus spermicidals. He has no right to be insistent on her using the Pill. He is so afraid of unwanted pregnancy, it makes him crazy. He will call off the wedding if she objects to taking the BCP….or that’s how it comes across to me.

I really don’t get the sympathy for Jimmy. He’s pretty clearly on the bottom for me, and he has been on the bottom since he did Jessica dirty. He’s dishonest, he’s a liar, he’s incapable of accountability, he’s emotionally immature, and he’s got the communication skills of a 2x4. Chelsea sucks but Jimmy is not even remotely attracted to her and has been leading her on for what, 5 or 6 episodes now? She’s in denial too but they can both be in the wrong. That relationship is running on makeup sex and squinting, but that’s more than enough to keep a guy like Jimmy there, it’s not really a mystery. He’s a simple guy. Everything he’s said about women’s bodies has kind of revealed that. Everywhere else I look on this season, people are picking Jimmy apart. Obviously Chelsea is a mess, she is manipulative, but that’s not really an excuse for choosing a girl based solely off looks on a dating show about personality, lying to her multiple times, harassing girls in front of her, and basically taking every chance he gets to tell her big words instead of changing. Her demands are over the top, but he’s consistently uninterested in trying to make her happy, nor doing the right thing and having an open conversation. He’s not a redeemable character by any real measure lmao. He’s a loser.

Condoms don't actually have that great of a success rate if someone is truly completely against having a kid right now and while I do agree that there are probably other ways, maybe they discussed those and there's some reason they can't do it? She said elsewhere in the episode that showing him off around town is something she was looking forward to but he’s not giving her confidence that he’ll make her look good. A,D needed to leave Clay’s behind at the pods. That man needs so much work on himself. He should not be on that LIBwanting a woman to fix him. He’s too much work, and there is very little time before the wedding. It’s very difficult to change patterns of behaviour, and it requires time relearning different and more positive thought patterns. Once you have learned a more constructive way of thinking, your actions become more positive. He is full of negative thoughts, which translates into negative behaviour. Takes a long time to be fully conscious of how your thought translates into your behaviour.
