Jade runs a business Chan known as “the bonajade exchange” where she gives people what they want, weather it be physical, emotional, or social, in exchange for something important to them. She essentially trades in “desires”.

The first word that flashed across the screen was "Superbia"! It and "Invidia" are both Latin-- they mean "Pride" and "Envy" respectively. Honestly, I'm a little surprised I didn't spot any of the Latin words for the other deadly sins!

I absolutely ADORE how witch- and devil-coded Jade is what with her wide-brimmed hat, contracts, snake imagery, and supernatural ability to make metaphysical/conceptual trades (implied to be powered by her Cornerstone, which allows her to read people's desires. Other people have explained the significance of Cornerstones already so I won't bother here, though my burning question is how exactly she profits from gaining something such as a person's ability to make meaningful connections with others). Like, she's giving Ursula from the Little Mermaid, Yuuko from xxxHolic, and Mephistopheles from Faust all in one. Also, I think she's wielding something like a threaded cane, which is just... oh my god I have to fan myself off.

She has a lot of imagery related to the devil and Satan. Obviously, the snake, but also she runs a "pawnshop" called the Bonajade Exchange. It's known for essentially making wishes come true. Jade makes their wishes come true but takes a massive sacrifice in return, basically stealing their soul. She can see people's desires, and she exploits them for her gain. Extra tidbit: Firefly approached Jade during the most recent story addition, looking for a cure to her disease. However, Firefly was told she didn't have anything that Jade would value enough in return for the cure except for something to do with the Stellaron Hunters (Kafka, Blade and SilverWolf). Firefly decided against taking the deal because they're basically her family, and she didn't want to endanger them.

Hi! Jades lore for now unfortunately is hidden. We dont know that much about her back story. Ten stonehearts - a fraction within an IPC which can act within own interest despite being part of IPC. Other known stonehearts are Aventurine and Topaz. Who are slightly lower IPC rank than Jade. Founder of stonehearts - Diamond - emanator of preservation - who himself picked people, those people leave their ‘past’ identity and receive new with that they also receive corner stone to ‘fill void in their hearts’ (a stone with powers which are part of emanator powers, each corner stone has different abilities) - therefore their new names are their stone name. Jade is actually Jadeite the stone but english translation went for Jade.

Her lore is insaane, and it hasn't even been revealed, but the potential, the amount of religious references that trailer has, I can't wait to see her backstory. Love your content!❤❤

I didn't get a close enough look at her whip in game to see if it is in fact one and the same with the snake though it seems that way in this video. But to me the snake is like a metaphor for her identity and personality, because the trade deals she can make are so utterly conniving.

her real name is not known so far, but she's part of a sub organization of the IPC called the Ten Stonehearts who serve Diamond, a emenator(demigod) of Preservation who gave all of them a part of him, she bears the Jade of Credit and is essentially a moneylender, who's side hustle is granting people's wishes in exchange for something of equal value,be they material things or even one's own luck. Look up her splash art, it has alot of references to the snake from the Garden of Eden and its pretty much the theme she's built around,sealing contracts with people at the cost of their lives.

the ten stonehearts are a organization that runs with the ipc. topaz, aventurine, and jade are in it and they all serve the leader (i guess?) diamond. the stonehearts grant them powers (like how aventurine turned into his boss form). uh thats all i know as a somewhat fan of the characters. i really dont like jade though. she enjoys screwing others over (thats how i see it at least)

She is second-in-command of an organization called the Ten Stonehearts, and everyone who makes a deal with her ends up paying a terrible price- a deal with the devil.

I honestly feel bad for Topaz and Aventurine's trailer as they're good, but kinda underwhelming due to budgeting and these bangers.
