Okay so this saved me from a nervous breakdown.... I'm a business owner and making an online launch of my program. I started having a severe bout of anxiety to the point of almost hyperventilating. I know my capabilities but my brain wanted to tell me something else. This was SO helpful. This is still one of my go-to's.... this affirmation video is magical. I like the fact that there is nothing in the background to disturb - no music. I am able to concentrate on the various steps of meditation. The pauses are perfect, and him's voice is soothing and encouraging. I would highly recommend this, especially for beginners. I think I will always be a beginner.
